Roles and Responsibilities
- Have profound interest in Java technologies.
- Must have accomplished academic projects using Java.
- Understanding of OOD patterns.
- Excellent communication skills written and oral.
- Git or SVN experience/knowledge.
- Proficient in Core Java, JSP, JavaScript, JDBC.
- Knowledge in Frontend technologies ( e.g. Angular, HTML, CSS, Java Script, JSP and JQuery)
- Knowledge in java frameworks - Spring/Spring MVC.
- Knowledge with working with databases MYSQL/SQL.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented principles and programming.
- Familiar with various design and architectural patterns.

Position Overview:
Customer success managers supports your customers as they transition from sales prospects to active users of your products.
Theyre focused on customer loyalty and building close long-term client relationships, and often
stay with the same customers as long as they continue to work with your business.
Designation: Customer Success Manager
Reporting to: Director
Roles and Responsibilities
• Customer Success Manager will proactively reach out to customers to understand the
requirements, and resolve issues.
• Proactively reach out to the newly onboarded customers to understand their needs.
• Develop and manage client portfolios.
• Follow-ups with unresponsive customers to help activation/retention of customers.
• Minimize customer churn.
• Sustain business growth and profitability by maximizing value.
• Mediate between clients and the organization
• Strictly adhere to the Activation & Retention SOP.
• Handling existing customers & providing post-sales support.
• Taking care of customer onboarding & service activation.
• Improve onboarding processes.
• Providing training on software to customers.
• Maintaining a healthy relationship with customers.
• Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
• Analyze customer data to improve customer experience.
• Hold product demonstrations for customers.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience as a Customer Success Manager with IT Services domain
• Good Communication, Analytical Skills
• Excellent Customer Handling.

- Address and resolve applications issues, provide updates and perform root cause analysis.
- Plan, execute and implement applications and configuration change procedures.
- Supervise all alerts related to application and system procedures and provide services proactively.
- Maintain good professional relationships with counterparts of development, Platformsupportand channel partners
- Gain and maintain expertise in flow of application process and systems related to domain
- Flexibility - responsibilities may require occasional evening and weekend work.
- Coordinate across teams and resolve all complex application and system issues ranging in complexity (Low to Critical).
- Coordinate with departments and QA departments and administer code migrations in various environments and production outputs.
- Manage all production systems and recommend ways to optimize performance and provide solution to problems and prepare reports for all problems.
- Follow standards and best practices bring operational efficiencies, stability and availability of the system.
- Comprehend various metrics on operational dashboards and reports and take corrective actions
- Manage all development system and recommend ways to optimize performance and provide solutions to problems and prepare reports for all problems.
- Assisting with systems integration
- Issue management and problem management - ensuring comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date
