Basic Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a software developer with a clear history of technical excellence, depth and leadership
• At least 5+ years of experience in managing software development with a strong track record of on-time delivery for large, cross-functional projects
• Experience with hiring, attracting, motivating, coaching, retaining and developing engineers and their leaders.
• Experience with scalable API development and REST services
• Excellent communication, adaptability and collaboration skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field

Their focus segment is the rapidly increasing community of pet parents. They offer expert-led online pet care consultation, training and healthcare services and products for dogs and cats, covering the lifecycle of a pet acting as a one stop shop. It is headquartered in Bangalore and was co-founded by startup veterans of whom 2 are IIM-Lucknow alumni and one is a Chartered Accountant. Our venture capital-backed client is funded by tier 1 investors and has raised approx. $3.5 mn in funding.

As a Copywriter, you will be responsible for starting our journey of creating conversations that connect and engage our audience.

• Thinking, feeling and finding the right words to connect with young pet parents in the country
• Ideating on campaigns and seeing them through execution by writing scripts and other relevant copy pieces
• Collaborating with internal partners to interpret project briefs and developing relevant concepts into copy
• Writing copy for all customer channels, including but not limited to ads, web banners, website copy, newsletters, and emailers

Desired Candidate Profile

• At least 3+ years work experience as a copywriter
• Skill in short form writing
• In-depth knowledge of Google and social media ad writing
• Knowledge on social media trends and content innovations
• Attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort in working in a startup environment

• Skills needed to architect and build enterprise-class Networking storage products.
• Networking Storage Architect must have expertise in Compute, Network, Storage, clustering, and Security.
• Be able to provide technical direction and lead a team
• Enforce adherence to architectural standards/principles, global product-specific guidelines, usability design standards, etc to address a goal.
• Identify, communicate and mitigate Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Decisions throughout the full lifecycle
• Someone who has the self-drive, or initiative who will go out ‘get stuff done, without being prompted
• Ability to prioritize and address multiple tasks concurrently
• Must have developed software and firmware

Please note:

• The candidate needs to be somewhat stable in his career
• Minimum 15years if exp is a must (most of our managers are close to 15 years of experience)

• Expert in SAP master data/integration related experience
• Has participated in at least two large information transformation engagements
• ​Ability to work with and collaborate with all Teams and Individuals in the Business Teams and the SAP Teams toward developing a best practice data creation, maintenance, governance, quality, and efficiencies

Responsibilities:

• Complete ownership of building and maintaining APP
• Deliver across the entire app life cycle design, build, deploy, test, release to app stores and support
• Open to work on both Android and iOS front end

Requirements:

• React Developer with 2 years of experience
• Solid understanding of Javascript, NodeJS fundamentals
• Full stack understanding of Backend services, API implementation and database systems.
• Experience in either iOS(Swift, Objective C, XCode) or Android(Android Studio, Java, Kotlin)
• At least 2 year of experience in React app development
• Ability to implement designs and functionality provided by UI/UX teams
• Understanding of production deployment of the app in the App Store and Play Store

Key Skills:

• React, NodeJS

Good to have:

• Familiarity with Analytics and AWS web hosting
• Android(Android Studio, Java, Kotlin, )
• Knowledge of server-side technologies like Node.js and frameworks available for it (such as Express, StrongLoop, etc depending on your technology stack)
