Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Data Engineer with deep expertise in Airflow, dbt, Python, and Snowflake. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and managing scalable data pipelines and transformation frameworks to enable robust data workflows across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Apache Airflow for orchestration.
• Develop modular and maintainable data transformation models using dbt.
• Write high-performance data processing scripts and automation using Python.
• Build and maintain data models and pipelines on Snowflake.
• Collaborate with data analysts, data scientists, and business teams to deliver clean, reliable, and timely data.
• Monitor and optimize pipeline performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.
• Follow best practices in version control, testing, and CI/CD for data projects.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with Apache Airflow for scheduling and orchestrating data workflows.
• Proficiency in dbt (data build tool) for building scalable and testable data models.
• Expert-level skills in Python for data processing and automation.
• Solid experience with Snowflake, including SQL performance tuning, data modeling, and warehouse management.
• Strong understanding of data engineering best practices including modularity, testing, and deployment.

Good to Have:

• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for data (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
• Exposure to modern data stack tools (e.g., Fivetran, Stitch, Looker).
• Knowledge of data security and governance best practices.

• Provide capability to develop sector-specific templates to enhance the out of the box Dynamics NAV/BC functionality, giving a unique selling point and also a resaleable asset.
• Work closely with the architecture team to design and develop our most complex customer needs, providing development only where these requirements cannot be met through configuration. Creating high quality and sustainable client solutions and project documentation.
• Meet and exceed customer expectations of business knowledge, skills and behavior. Identify business/project risk and mitigate or communicate as necessary.
• Participate in pre-sales activities as requested.
• Support practice development activities such as defining and configuring industry-specific templates.

Technical Skills:

Primary Skills Required(Dynamics NAV/BC)

• Extensive experience with Dynamics NAV/BC up to the latest versions
• Broad Dynamics NAV/BC module understanding covering all core modules and additional add-on solutions
• Direct experience in consultancy and solution architecture within a Microsoft Gold Partner environment
• Track record of Dynamics NAV/BC implementation experience either as a team member or team leader.
• Knowledge of NAV/BC implementation and end to end implementation
• Experience with NAV/BC interfacing and integration. Experience in gathering technical requirement. upgrades and migration knowledge is important
• Beneficial to know Agile and Sure Step methodologies
• Experience in other technologies such as D365, SQL, Power BI, SSAS, SharePoint along with knowledge of Azure and .Net;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with well-developed interpersonal skills and an ability to relate to clients and colleagues

Secondary Skills:

• Knowledge of SQL Server, MS Azure, Power BI, SSRS.(Required)

Soft Skills Required:

• Responsible for the technical design and development of advanced video streaming consumer applications with backend integrations and SceneGraph component customizations to meet the user satisfaction.
• Deliver app solutions across the entire app life cycle prototype to build to test to launch to support
• Keep up to date on the latest industry trends and Device / OS / IDE updates
• Optimise performance and stability as well as non-functional aspects such as logging

Desired skills

• Hands on experience on designing channels using Roku, understanding of the key UI and design principles, and handling remote-control buttons.
• Extensive hands-on experience of creating Roku app custom UI controls, high performing API integrations, advanced state management, cross device support and performance optimisation.
• Complete knowledge of SceneGraph components, XML configuration, handling application events, event loops, threads and controlling screen layouts.
• Usage of Roku advertising component, Roku Ad Library and Roku pay.
• Integration of Roku analytics and Google analytics.
• In-depth knowledge of BrightScript.
• Familiar using VS or Eclipse with Roku-plugins with make file utilities to create build and deploy.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git, SVN etc.

• 2-3 yrs of strong experience in building mobile web frontend for b2c products using React.
• Understanding of server side rendering, nextjs.
• Ability to build progressive web applications with optimized lighthouse score.

This person MUST have:

• BE Computer Science, MCA or equivalent
• Mobile app development experience.
• Good understanding of the full mobile development life cycle,strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
