Job Summary

Mirorfem Tech is establishing a Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) Centre of Excellence (CoE) to deliver safe, evidence-based, scalable, and personalized hormone health solutions for women. The Program Head – HRT CoE is a Managing Director–level role with full end-to-end ownership of program vision, clinical-tech roadmap, operating structure, and commercial scale.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the product team to identify research questions.
  • Plan and conduct interviews, user surveys, card sorting, and usability tests to understand user needs and find relevant solutions
