Job Overview :

We’re seeking a seasoned Enterprise Architect with strong experience in the BFSI domain to lead enterprise-wide architecture design and technology strategy. The role involves aligning IT with business goals, designing scalable systems, and driving digital transformation across the organization.

Mandatory Skills :

Enterprise architecture (TOGAF/Zachman), cloud architecture, application & infrastructure design, BFSI domain experience, system integration, stakeholder management, and technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities :

• Define and execute enterprise architecture strategy, vision, and roadmap.
• Design architecture across applications, data, infrastructure, and security.
• Lead technical decisions, architecture reviews, and standardization efforts.
• Collaborate with business, IT, and vendor teams to ensure aligned solutions.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory standards.
• Stay updated on emerging tech and recommend innovations.

Required Skills :

• Proven experience in enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF/Zachman).
• Strong understanding of cloud, microservices, application development, and data management.
• Experience in automation, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Domain expertise in BFSI (Retail/Healthcare is a plus).
• Certifications like TOGAF, CEH preferred.

Role Description

This is the role of Field Sales Manager/Executive located in Bangalore. You will be assigned leads for clients seeking premium real estate projects like apartments & villas in the city's IT hubs like Sarjapura, Marthahalli Rd, Whitefield, Electronic City, etc. These are the locations where our sites are situated. You will be assigned to only one site, specifically in the area closest to your location. The major responsibilities include managing and strengthening relationships with assigned clients, working for sales closures, coordinating with internal teams to ensure to meet client requirements, achieving sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities 

• Interacting with assigned leads/clients and lining up F2F meetings or site visits
• Schedule and conduct site visits and regular follow up with the clients until closure. Leads will be provided

Roles & Responsibilities :-

1. This is a front-line Sales position in the ESA Cards Sales team, and is responsible for driving business, achieving monthly sales targets and acquiring new customers through consultative. selling of our card’s products via defined channels of acquisition [Retail, Corporate, Venue-sales].
2. Prospecting for new customers through existing leads and cold calling and maximizing lead generation.
3. Timely execution of all sales activities leads, campaigns, referrals & any self-generated leads.
4. Tracking and reporting sales performance including pipeline, acquisition results and market conditions.
5. Set appointments, listen to customer needs, and sell the most appropriate product.
6. Researches and understands prospects before making the call.
7. Ensures all applications are fully and accurately completed, and submitted properly.
8. Be the interface between Annex and the customer to resolve any application processing issues.
9. Drive the on-boarding of new customers and initiate spend enablement activities.
10. Keep up-to-date on products and competition.
11. Attend and participate in regular staff meetings.
12. Engages in regular portfolio planning to determine areas of focus & project accurate full year.

Technical Requirement :

- Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services

- Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices

- Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning

- Strong knowledge in SQLite Database

- Experience in designing and developing custom controls for Android.

- Solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, and object orientation design.

- Capabilities to write and execute unit test cases.

- Independent researching, solution finding, analysis and problem solving skills and capabilities.

- Should have a strong knowledge of OOPS and intermediate knowledge of front-end GUI design and development.

- Should have knowledge of Kotlin

Your responsibilities will include:

• Tracking of system defects reported by users, ensure prompt resolution to the defects reported and facilitate users in
• Assessment and implementation of service requests in according to operating procedures, g. data patching requested by users.
• Tracking and monitoring of change requests raised, conduct of impact assessment, design & implement solution and facilitate users in change request testing
• Ensure the smooth operation of the SD Portal, and support is not disrupted during normal office working
• Maintain the development hardware and software patches and update changes to the documentation where necessary
• Upgrade of software such as application server, and testing arising from the software upgrade.
• Respond to calls and email messages from users about problems or queries regarding Portal, execution of scheduled events such as monthly jobs, financial/calendar year- end activities, interface testing, support of audit-related activities, decommissioning activities.
• Manage project timeline, resources, scope and change requests.
• Review deliverables and ensure they are of requisite

Requirement:                          

• You have at least 5-6 years of working experience in information technology; of which at least 3 years of working experience in software development using OutSystems Agile development platform and at least 1 project implementation experience in OutSystems.
• You have some experience in supporting IT projects on OutSystems Platform
• You have good knowledge of software development, specifically in OutSystems and domain knowledge in the areas of Human Resource or Corporate Administration.
• You have strong technical skills in OutSystems, Microsoft SQL Server platform.
