As a presales manager, you will work closely across various verticals such as product development, engineering, sales and marketing, and project teams/customer relations to understand internal product and service capabilities. Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide after-sales service and technical support for material handling equipment.
• Attend customer complaints and resolve warranty-related issues.
• Perform equipment installation, preventive maintenance, and servicing.
• Conduct Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) before equipment dispatch.
• Train customers/operators on equipment operation and safety.
• Manage spare parts inventory, dispatch, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).
• Handle warranty extensions and mandatory machine services.
• Maintain service reports, MIS, and warehouse inventory.
