Responsibilities:
- Participate in all technical phases of the Solution Delivery Life Cycle including planning, requirements definition and solution design.
- Work closely with the Product development and other Application Management teams for continuous product improvements and Bug fixes.
- Reviews Functional/Business requirements for detailed technical solution and design (TDD).
- Build the functionality as per the functional requirements.
- Contribute to the technology roadmap for Microsoft business applications and systems.
- Will be responsible to environment upgrade/ maintenance and delivery of release packages for Integration solutions.
- Preparation of Customization Analysis Reports (CAR) for AppSource certifications.
- Follow Microsoft Roadmap to evaluate compatibility of ERP products with our solution.
- Should be able to work in European Shift and flexible enough to handle the customer calls and provide the solutions on high priority tickets at the extended time.
Qualifications and expectations:
- Post-Secondary education in Computer Science and/ or related field with minimum 5 years of experience as techno functional consultant/analyst.
- Should have strong understanding of ERP integrations focused on APIs such as SOAP (XML) and REST (JSON).
- In depth technical knowledge of Microsoft ERP products (Business Central) and related business processes such as Procure to Pay and Order to Cash.
- Has a proven track record of delivering customizations, feature optimizations and environment upgrade and maintenance.
- Strong Knowledge of C/AL, AL, X++
- Should have strong experience with Azure Logic and Function Apps, Azure Key vaults, Azure Storage Containers and Azure Application Insights.
- Understanding of Global Indirect taxes such as GST, VAT, Sales tax and Use tax will be an added advantage.
- Familiar with agile methodology, Azure DevOps/JIRA and prior experience with product development is a plus.
Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously and work with a moderate level of supervision.
