The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Marketing Specialist with a passion for the biopharma sector. This role will focus on promoting JoVE’s unique solutions to biopharma companies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B marketing, particularly within the life sciences, and will excel in creating content and executing lead-generation marketing campaigns that resonate with biopharma audiences.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to biopharma companies
- Design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and paid ads to drive lead generation and audience engagement
- Create completing content for case studies, newsletters, blogs, social media, ads, and email campaigns
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals
- Engage with industry professionals through events, webinars, and strategic partnerships to expand JoVE’s presence in the biopharma market
- Organize and deliver webinars and events at conferences
- Analyze marketing performance data and leverage insights to optimize strategies. Monitor KPIs such as lead generation, engagement, and conversion rates, providing actionable recommendations for improvements
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or life sciences
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing with a strong focus on the biopharma sector

Job Title: HR Data Analyst
Reports To: HR Business Partner
Duties
- Collect and compile HR metrics and data from the global HR team using internal SharePoint site as well as Excel files from local HRIS systems
- Analyze data on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis regarding recruitment and attrition
- Prepare data reports using Excel and Power Point
- Ensure data integrity by identifying issues and fixing errors either in SharePoint or local HRIS system
- Track recruitment costs on a regional and global basis
