Customer Relationship Executive : 

We are looking for a results-driven fresher and (1+ years of experience) to be responsible for designing, running tests on software usability and should be able to visit the client base(delivery and support). The software tester will conduct tests, analyze the results, and report observations to the design team. You may also interact with clients in order to understand the requirements of the product.

To be successful as a software tester, you should have a working knowledge of software and test design, the capability to run through tests, and the ability to analyze the results. Ultimately, the software tester should be result-driven, have good communication skills, and have up-to-date knowledge of software programming and software test design.

Software Tester Responsibilities:

●Review software requirements and prepare test scenarios.

●Executing tests on software usability.

●Analyzing test results on database impacts, errors or bugs, and usability.

●Preparing reports on all aspects related to the software testing carried out and reporting to the design team.

●Interacting with clients to understand product requirements(including visiting the client's base whenever required).

●Participating in design reviews and providing input on requirements, product design, and potential problems.

Software Tester Requirements:

●A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field(Preferably male candidate).

●Up-to-date knowledge of software test design and testing methodologies.

●Understanding of open source projects like ERP, CRM, HRMS, Industry 4.0, etc

●Working knowledge of test techniques and compatibility with various software programs.

●Working knowledge of programming.

●Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.

●Good organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset.

Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate - Content to join Caramel. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of relevant experience in writing content for various digital platforms and scripting for DVCs, TVCs, reels (short format videos), documentaries, corporate videos, consumer testimonials, showreels, and marketing collaterals like broachers, standees, signages, and dropdowns. The potential candidate should also be adept in scripting radio jingles and conceptualizing print ads, and OOH Media. As a Senior Associate, you will also be responsible for developing and implementing content strategies for various events and activations pitches and event-related marcom.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Ø Develop and execute content strategies that align with the company's/clients/events/activation goals and target audience.

Ø Create engaging and informative content for websites, blogs, social media, and other digital platforms, on-ground activities, and offline media

Ø Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics to ensure the accuracy and relevance of content.

Ø Collaborate with designers to create visually appealing and impactful content.

Ø Manage and update the website and digital content for Caramel according to the marketing calendar.

Ø Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content creation and management.

Ø Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.

Ø Assist in the development and implementation of content marketing campaigns for events and activations

Ø Train and mentor junior team members to enhance their content creation skills.

Qualifications:

Ø Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.

Ø Proven experience in content creation and management, preferably in a similar industry.

Ø Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Role

Being a part of the Products / Software Engineering team, this member is expected to work with the existing development team. Key responsibilities of this role include MS Tech stack-based applications as per the product roadmap / project scope. Coordinate with co-developers and contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle.

Experience

Around 4 years of experience in creating and implementing Web-based applications using

C#, ASP.net, Web API, MVC, Micro Services, JavaScript and SQL Server.

Familiarity or exposure to CI / CD, Dev Ops such as Dockers, containers, Azure, Pipeline is

highly recommended

Ability to work in an Agile, fast-paced environment, and learn rapidly.

Bachelor degree in computer science, computer engineering or similar.

Familiar with object-oriented development, design patterns and specifically in .NET

Framework (C#) with a strong background in web-based development and service-oriented

Architecture.

Expert in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, JSON.

Writing clean, readable, and easily maintainable code.

Must have knowledge of project/task management tools like Jira,

Familiarity with Version Control like Bitbucket, Git etc.

Understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility and web standards.

Build features and applications with responsive design

Good English communication skills, written and spoken.

Able to work with minimum supervision as well as perform under pressure and meet

Deadlines.

• Perform complex and varied applications support. Build, maintain & modify within a large environment;
• Identify issues, evaluate possible solutions, and make recommendations on the most appropriate action
• Design, build, test, and document solution-specific information and perform related work as required.
• Demonstrate functional knowledge in relevant clinical applications (OE-PCS-PHA-EDM-ITS-RAD-LAB-MIC-BBK-PTH)
• Demonstrate functional knowledge in Clinical Documentation
• Must have hands-on build and troubleshooting experience
• Must be able to quickly identify and resolve complex system issues
• Must be able to build using technical specifications.

Basic Qualifications:

• Implementation and support experience within a MEDITECH Environment
• Bachelors Degree in business, Healthcare Administration, Communication, Marketing related field or equivalent and relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of ITIL Incident, Problem, and Change management,
• Working knowledge of Agile, Product and Project methodologies

REQUIRED CITIZENSHIP / WORK PERMIT / VISA STATUS:
Should be currently based in Japan with Valid work visa

MUST HAVES:
