Sr Data Modeler / Solution Architect

Role Overview

We are looking for a Delivery Supervisor – Last Mile to own and deliver a white-glove, hassle-free delivery and installation experience. This role requires the individual to be physically present at customer sites on delivery days, acting as the single point of accountability for end-to-end last-mile execution.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role ideal for candidates with experience in furniture delivery, installation coordination, or site supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Be present at the customer location during scheduled delivery and installation.
• Act as the single point of ownership for end-to-end last-mile execution.
• Ensure products are delivered, unpacked, assembled, and installed as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate in real time with OEM/vendor dispatch teams, installers, carpenters, technicians, and logistics partners.
• Ensure on-time arrival, correct installation sequencing, and minimal waiting time at site.
• Represent the brand professionally and communicate timelines and next steps clearly to customers.
• Inspect products for transit damage, finish issues, or missing parts prior to installation.
• Ensure safe handling of furniture, site cleanliness, and protection of customer property.
• Resolve on-ground issues independently and escalate only when necessary.
• Update delivery status, issues, and customer feedback accurately in internal systems.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experience in last-mile delivery, installation, or site coordination (furniture or interiors preferred)
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Customer-first mindset with high attention to detail
• Calm, solution-oriented approach in high-pressure situations
• Willingness to travel and be on-site for deliveries

• Drive development and delivery of top notch technology solutions to clients efficiently.
• Lead development of implementation plan, logic and modules to embed in client solutions and client discussion ready documents /presentations.
• Lead in designing, implementing, maintaining and updating applications that are often high-volume and low-latency, required for mission critical systems.
• Lead in refining and improving system stability by continuously refactoring and measuring performance.
• Drive development of actionable, clean, maintainable, testable, reusable, extensible codes, including standardization and automation of processes.
• Provide technical and functional guidance to team members through expert knowledge and hands-on support.
• Manage projects, resource utilization, time schedules and deliveries to clients.
• Proactively drive discussions with stakeholders to understand their business requirements, business context and guide team to provide robust actional solutions.
• Effectively engage with stakeholders – create and nurture and deepen relationships.

Qualifications, Skills and Experiences

• BE / BTech / ME / M Tech in engineering or MCA or similar relevant field.
• 2 to 17 years (Junior, Intermediate, Senior Role & we have multiple openings)of relevant hands-on experience and excellent knowledge of Java, Python, SQL, Relational Databases, DB schema or ORM technologies.
• Excellent knowledge and experience of building applications, platforms and services in Java, Python and MS SQL or at least two of them.
• 5 + years of experience of managing projects, team and stakeholders.
• Knowledge and experience of agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
• Experience of working in a fast-paced environment and make quality decisions in moderately to high ambiguous work environment.
• Previous work experience in financial services, especially, capital markets is preferred.

·      Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends in cloud computing.

·      Analyze market data to determine client needs and preferences in cloud solutions. 

·      Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and social media platforms.

·       Qualify leads to ensure alignment with our cloud solutions and services.

·      Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

·      Understand client requirements and propose customised cloud solutions to meet their needs.

·      Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and presentations to clients.

·      Collaborate with the technical team to develop comprehensive and competitive cloud solutions.

·      Negotiate contract terms and pricing to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.

Close deals and achieve sales targets within specified timelines.

·      Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape in cloud computing.

·      Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills.

Requirements:

• Should have sound knowledge of PHP, MySQL, JQuery & javascript.
• Should know MVC framework Yii/Yii2
• Knowledge of mobile app APIs, JSON, etc.
• Knowledge of version control systems like GIT is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Troubleshoot and fix any issues relating to PHP programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Development of various types of financial models to value debt and equity for mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising transactions.
• Perform various valuation methods – comparable companies, precedents, and DCF.
• Develop recommendations for product offerings, private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and valuations.
• Conduct preparation and review of materials used in the financing of clients, including investment memoranda, management presentations, and pitchbooks.
• Develop relationships with new and existing clients in order to expand the business.
• Perform due diligence, research, analysis, and documentation of live transactions.

• Experience in Frameworks: YII

• Good Knowledge of OOPS.

• Work closely with QA person to assist in the testing process.
• Perform R&D tasks if assigned and communicate with the Designer and UI team.
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
• Able to work closely with the team and meet the tight deadlines where necessary.

• Solid background and proven experience in the tech stacks
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery
