If you are passionate about coding and love d Responsibilities 1. Primary responsibility is to be able to publish Native Android apps. 2. Be responsible for writing an agile, ready to scale native and also to be able to iteratively grow the app, upkeep of the app. 3. Participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle including architecture, design, documentation, implementation, quality assurance, and delivery 4. Participate in and contribute to code and architecture reviews 5. Perform Test-Driven Development 6. Demonstrate a passion for software development and high quality code 7. Build awesome mobile applications our users will continue to love Skills needed 1. Java development experience and knowledge of the Android SDK and tools 2. Knowledge of web services, specifically RESTful APIs 3. Strong communication skills 4. Strong knowledge of UI design principles, patterns and best practices. 5. Experience with offline storage, threading, benchmarking and performance tuning using profiler. 6. Knowledge of the open-source Android ecosystem and the libraries available for common tasks. 7. Network calls, API handling and data parsing using libraries like Retrofit, Volley or core OKHttp 8. Familiarity with cloud messaging api and push notifications 9.
