Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend systems ensuring scalability and performance
• Build, document, and maintain RESTful APIs and integrations with third-party services
• Optimize database queries, schemas, and indexing for efficiency
• Implement and enforce security best practices across backend systems
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in backend pipelines
• Support deployment processes and contribute to CI/CD and DevOps workflows
• Collaborate with front-end developers, product teams, and other stakeholders to deliver features effectively

Requirements:

• 3-5 years developing backend systems
• Proficiency in one or more languages (Node.js, Python, Java, C#, PHP)
• Strong database design and optimization skills

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Design Engineer at Rawmart in Pune. The Design Engineer will be responsible for performing day-to-day tasks related to design engineering, mechanical engineering, computer-aided design (CAD), and product design. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective design and implementation of projects.

We are seeking a motivated and talented Ruby on Rails Developer with React experience to join our dynamic remote team. You will work on our core platform, contributing to both backend (Ruby on Rails) and frontend (React) development. What you’ll be doing at Novo:

● Systems thinking
● Creating best practices, templates, and automation for build, test, integration and
deployment pipelines on multiple projects
● Designing and developing tools for easily creating and managing dev/test infrastructure
and services in AWS cloud
