Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Kafka Administrator with 8+ years of hands-on experience.

The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in managing Kafka environments, particularly in Confluent Kafka and EEH Kafka, and should be capable of working independently on configuration, integration, and administration.

Key Responsibilities :

• Administer and manage Kafka clusters, brokers, topics, and security configurations
• Design and implement Kafka-based integrations
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Kafka environments
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to ensure high availability and performance
• Work on Confluent Cloud and EEH Kafka environments

Must-Have Skills :

• Kafka Administration

• Strong troubleshooting and monitoring skills

Job Responsibility:

• Design, develop, and deploy Power BI reports and dashboards that provide key insights into business performance.
• Create and maintain complex Power BI data models, integrating data from multiple sources.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various databases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.
• Perform data analysis using Excel, Power Query, and other tools to support reporting and analytics needs.
• Monitor and troubleshoot Power BI reports and data refresh schedules to ensure consistent performance.
• Implement security measures and ensure data is presented to the appropriate audience through role-based access.
• Continuously improve the usability, interactivity, and performance of reports.
• Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI usage.

Work Mode: 

• 2 to 3 days a month will be work from client office in Gurugram/Hyderabad
• Preferred Location - Gurugram/Hyderabad. 
• For other locations, candidate should be willing to travel to Gurugram/Hyderabad for a few days every month.

About the Role:

Our CEO will be visiting Kolkata in November to set up our local branch, and we need a dedicated individual to start working remotely now, transitioning to a physical presence when the CEO arrives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting and administrative tasks for the CEO.

• Maintain financial records, prepare reports, and ensure accuracy in all documentation.

• Assist in planning and coordinating activities, including potential travel.

• Be ready to learn on the job; this is not a school, so come prepared with a solid foundation in your field.

Requirements:

• Degree in MBA, CA, Accounting, or related fields.

• Proficiency in Excel and other relevant software is essential.
