Job Title: Product Manager 2

Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and analytical Product Manager to own end-to-end product

initiatives across our fintech ecosystem. You will work closely with Engineering, Growth, Risk,

and Operations teams to build scalable, customer-centric solutions that drive measurable

business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product lifecycle from problem discovery → PRD → launch → iteration
• Write clear and structured PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Growth, Risk, and Business
• teams
• Define product roadmaps and prioritize based on impact and feasibility
• Analyze product performance, funnels, and user behavior using data
• Drive experimentation, A/B testing, and continuous optimization
• Translate business goals into scalable product solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–7 years of Product Management experience (preferably in fintech/startup environments)
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in SQL and Excel/Google Sheets
• Experience working in Agile environments with engineering teams
• Ability to think structurally and solve complex product problems
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Working understanding of APIs, integrations, and system workflows
• Comfort using AI tools to enhance productivity, documentation, research, and product discovery
• Basic understanding of prompt structuring to improve research, analysis, and workflow efficiency

Job Description:

The candidate should have an Engineering or BSc degree or/and relevant certifications from a reputable institute with 2-16 years of experience. He should be able to work independently and deliver results on schedule. He/She should have good team player skills to collaborate and lead, and share knowledge with others.

The candidate should be interested for a long term stable career to grow with our company and willing to work in 1 PM - 10 PM shift.

.          Should have delivered successful end-to-end development to deployment experience on Web applications and Api’sin last 3-6 years.

.           Must have good experience in Dot net core, MVC, C#, web api, Angular 2+ versions, HTML, CSS, OOPS.

• Experience in MySQL is a must and added advantage to have knowledge of NOSQL database.
• Extensive experience in writing rest full API
• Experience in using version controls such as GIT, Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery
• Good to have experience in testing and debugging new programs using Firebug, Fiddler, Insomnia, and Postman Developer tools.
• Good in implementing the business rules in different layers like UI, services, and database.
• Should have 2-4 years’ experience in backend development
• Experience in service-based development using technologies such as Web API and RESTful services. 
• Proficient in S/W Development life cycle, Database Designing, and Database creation. 
• Proficient in writing clean, well-structured code with proper abstraction and reusability.

.         Ability to work to tight deadlines, manage priorities, and take responsibility for delivering to time and quality requirements.

Hiring for the Profile of Oracle Utility Functional Consultant for Bangalore,Chennai,Hyderabad on immediate basis

Job Description:

1.Conduct module specific requirement workshop, capture and align business requirement
2.Analyse the detailed interface requirement and identify individual interface touch points
3. Prepare module wise detailed fit/gap analysis and identify customization components
4. Prepare module specific Functional specification
5. Prepare module wise Configuration master sheet which translates the “Fit” items to the technology
6. Identify customization/extension requirement and communicate to Technical consultants
7. Support Technical Architect in preparing detailed technical specification for both customization and integration components
8. Configure the product as per the design worksheet and bring up the individual business process
9. Lead UAT for the module, and ensure smooth customer signoff
10. Prepare / Support T3 material and conduct T3.

Qualification:

8+ Years of Experience in Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF)
2. Strong functional Experience on CIS Billing
3. Strong knowledge across OU components
4. Minimum 7+ years of experience as Architect for OU product suite (CC&B, MDM, C2M)
5. Minimum 4+ Years on experience in architecting and delivering OU CC&B/C2M
6. Atleast 2 full implementation experience of CC&B in Architecting OU Solutions
7. Strong techno product expertise on OU CC&B with thorough understanding of cross functionalities
