Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Direct Sales Executive in Noida. The Direct Sales Executive will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, building customer relationships, and meeting sales targets in the transportation and logistics sector.

The role will be focused on the frontend in the sales function. You will be responsible for  acquiring new customers and create a pipeline for enterprise accounts. This will be a IC and enterprising opportunity, in a start-up environment, so we are looking for a motivated self-starter.

Delhi and Mumbai

• Creating a list of enterprise accounts and win them with consultative sales approach
• Pitch the company and its products through rigorous prospecting
• Strike and initiate conversations with high-profile personas in prospective companies.
• Mapping market and innovate in outbound approach
• Excellent presentation and sound understanding on 
• Maintain discipline in CRM update , customer engagement and company policies

An enthusiastic individual from SAAS, E-com, Fintech or entrepreneurial background

• 8-10 years of B2B India Sales.
• Graduate in any stream or an equivalent educational qualification.
• Have a basic knowledge of technology and a detailed understanding of India sales and market
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well versed in using tools such as LinkedIn, HubSpot, etc.
• Be self-motivated, data-driven, and result-oriented.

• Responsible for assisting in the establishment of an IT Architecture practice, and the adoption of an architecture and standards methodology.
• Manages activities that take place during solution ideation, solution design, and solution implementation.
• Reviews business context for solutions to company challenges as well as defining the vision and requirements for the solution, recommending potential options, (which may include RFIs, RFPs or prototype development), selecting the most optimal option, and the development of a roadmap for the selected solution.
• Communicates the architecture to the stakeholders and collaborates and coordinates with existing domain architects in the formalization and adoption of IT standards and procedures.
• Champions a structured approach to business application solutions.
• Directly assists in the development of a solutions architecture program including departmental roadmaps and project portfolios for IT systems architecture.
• Assures solutions not only are a fit for the specific purpose but also closely align with the standards guidelines of technology solutions.
• Influences changes to standards when necessary.
• Assists domain architecture team on solutions management and timing of financial spend for application solutions.
• Supports the architectural aspects of all application projects in peer IT portfolios.
• Directs the identification and recommendation of appropriate solutions, upgrades, replacements, or decommissioning options incorporating business and technology productivity, usability, and total cost of ownership.
• Develops and executes solutions which further reduce the percentage of time spent on reactive work.
• Provides analysis of security protection technologies as necessary.

• Analyzing, planning and developing requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projects
• Assigning and overseeing the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established milestones
• Holding regular technical team meetings to determine progress and addressing any questions or challenges regarding projects

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or related field or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 2 yrs management experience in consumer hardware/ software products (TWS, HeadPhone, Smart Watch), including development work and interactions with customers
• Extensive leadership experience and strong teaming abilities
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies and methods
• Experience mentoring, coaching and developing rising talent in the technology department
• Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others
• Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and supervising department teams
• Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality
• Managerial experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles
