About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing professional for our Transformers Division, specializing in Power Transformers and related products. The role involves driving business growth, managing client relationships, and handling the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order execution and collections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Business Development
• Achieve assigned sales and collection targets as per business plan.
• Generate leads, attend cold calls, and develop new business opportunities.
• Conduct sales presentations and distribute product catalogues to decision makers in SEBs, EPCs, Consultants, and Industrial groups.
• Participate in negotiations on specifications, payment terms, and timelines.

This is a full-time, on-site role at a customer location in Whitefield, Bangalore for a Frontend Engineer - React & TypeScript.

You will work directly within a live enterprise manufacturing environment, building and deploying production-grade front-end applications used by engineers, operators, and leadership teams.

Build a database of customer leads through references, opening stalls in areas where there are higher

number of footfalls – like apartment complexes, shopping areas etc., door to door visits, distribution of

pamphlets etc

 Schedule meetings with potential liabilities customers and understand their requirement; thereafter
