Role Overview 

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven interns to support our sales and marketing initiatives. This role provides hands-on experience in lead generation, client communication, digital marketing, and brand promotion. 

Key Responsibilities 

Sales 

• Identify and generate leads through various channels  
• Reach out to potential clients via email, calls, or LinkedIn  
• Assist in pitching products/services to prospects  
• Maintain and update lead trackers and CRM tools  
• Support the sales team in closing deals and follow-ups  

Marketing 

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns  
• Create and manage content for social media platforms  
• Support digital marketing efforts (SEO, email campaigns, ads)  
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis  
• Help in brand building and promotional activities  

Good to Have 

• Experience with social media marketing tools  
• Knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)  
• Basic understanding of SEO, content marketing, or analytics

Primary Skills:

• Strong understanding of NodeJS fundamentals
• Knowledge and experience working with PostgreSQL is a major plus
• Experience with ORM libraries
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs
• Experience in troubleshooting and RCA of Production issues Analyze logs in Kibana Elastic Search
• Knowledge of tools like Git, Github, JIRA, Cucumber, Jasmine, and others that make coding more efficient and easier to share
• Familiarity of working in either the AWS Cloud or Azure including Docker + Kubernetes based microservice deployment

Secondary Skills:

• Good communication and design skills Experience in handling teams
• At least 5+ years of solid back-end software development experience.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
• Experience working in an Agile environment

Qualification:

• Good experience as Software Developer
• Prior experience in a technical leadership or developer position
• Relevant Team Lead Experience for Minimum of 2 years
• Back End Developers/ API Web Services Experience Mandatory
• NodeJS is mandatory
• One RDBMS and one document database mandatory

• Experience in front end development, with knowledge in advanced JavaScript features
• HTML/CSS experience, including concepts like layout, specificity, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility
• Experience with browser APIs and optimizing front end performance
• Proficient in a broad range of software design approaches and common UX patterns 
• Understand the usage of various front end software design patterns  
• Extensive experience working on highly scalable web applications (5+ years) 
• Experience in front end libraries and frameworks such as Reactjs or Angular is an added advantage 

 Excellent verbal/written communication in English.

·         The candidate must be capable of articulating processes and products in all possible formats like print, video guides, online self-help guides, and other electronic means.

·         In addition to research, copywriting, language, writing, and revision skills, the candidate must also possess following attributes:

• Business analysis, Illustration/graphic design using power point presentation, Indexing of all help content, Training, E-learning, User interfaces, Video editing, Website content management

·         A technical writer must be able to elicit information from SMEs and conducts the research necessary to write and compile technically accurate content independently.

·         The candidate must be able to prioritize their tasks with project leader and able to multi task for different projects within the program.
