About the Role We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Associate to join our sales team. In this role, you will identify and engage potential customers, qualify leads, and build relationships that convert into revenue. You'll work closely with senior sales executives to hit targets and support overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided lead lists
• Qualify leads by asking relevant questions aligned with the ideal customer profile
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communication and lead activity in the CRM
• Provide detailed lead information to senior sales executives for smooth handoff
• Follow up with prospects to gather additional information or resolve queries
• Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape
