We are looking for a skilled HR manager to oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and

processes. You will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company

strategy and objectives.

Responsibilities:

Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics

Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

Requirements:

Proven working experience as HR manager or other HR executive

People oriented and results driven

Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics

Knowledge of HR systems and databases

Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills

Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills

Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the

company

In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices

Bachelor's/ Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Provide a delightful renting experience to customers

2. Help maximize sales at all opportunities and provides a friendly and welcoming environment

4. Communicate effectively with customers to determine needs

7. Participate in all merchandising activities including, but not limited to daily stock maintenance, product transfers, and floor changeovers

8. Maintain a professional and personal appearance consistent with established guidelines

9. Actively support securing company assets through effective loss prevention in compliance with company policies and procedures

10. Accurately enters customer and product information into company backend tools on a day to day basis

11. Ensure ease of customer shopping experience by maintaining replenishment, quality checks, visual merchandising and hygiene standards

• Lead the People & Culture practices across the organization
• Actively identify gaps, and deploy impactful people strategies that enable the organization to mitigate risk, perform effectively, and scale efficiently as it grows.
• Implementation of relevant HR Tech tools to do HR process automation.
• Manage the hire to retire employee life cycle & employee experience across the organization.
• Play a key role in working with managers on change management and talent management initiatives.
• Manage people initiatives like OKRs, One on One Feedback, Employee surveys, Employee development, L&D, Employee Wellbeing etc
• Drive people & culture practices with data driven insights. 

• MBA in HR from premier colleges like IIMK, XLRI, TISS & similar. 
• Experience: Range of 5+ years and one of the experiences should be with a startup or technology company. 
• Should have experience of managing teams at a global level. 
• Extensive knowledge of HR automation tools and software.
• Strong experience in planning, creating, and implementing HR strategies.
• Solid understanding of people analytics.

Urgent Hiring Senior Manager Internal audit 

Location - Mumbai

Qualifications- CA/ ICWAI/ MBA in Finance.

Key Responsibilities -

• Contribute to the Internal Audit function by identifying risks associated with business objectives and evaluating the controls in place to mitigate those risks in order to improve the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes.
• Conduct audit discussions with business management to identify the root cause to obtain sustainable management action plans.
• Preparation of a concise and informative audit report to effectively communicate the findings.
• Develop a risk-based test plan by selecting appropriate audit approach, test procedures and sampling criteria based on professional judgment and departmentally defined internal audit methodology.
• Perform audit tests and prepare board reports as may be required from time to time.
• Identification of Audit universe, risk assessment of audit entities development of the annual Internal Audit plan.
• Keep abreast on the change in risk environment within / outside the organization.

Desired Candidate - 

• Work experience of 4-5 years in internal audit department in banking/ financial services industry is mandatory.
• Ability to take ownership of the task assigned and work successfully under minimum supervision
• Possess a good eye for detail and ability to work effectively under pressure
• Candidate must be aware about data management via use of MIS, certain software
• Should be well versed in MS Excel & other office suite of products
