DevCare Solutions is looking for a passionate and energetic Lead Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of the recruitment lifecycle, strong sourcing skills, and excellent communication abilities to support IT hiring requirements. DevCare provides IT staffing and digital technology solutions across multiple domains.

C2H Lead -min 5+ years

·        Manage end-to-end recruitment for US IT requirements (Contract & C2H roles)

·        Source and hire candidates for US clients across multiple technologies and domains

·        Handle full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and closing Work extensively on C2H hiring with US work authorizations ( GC, USC, GC-EAD, TN, OPT, CPT)

·        Strong understanding of US staffing models and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)

·        Use job portals like LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and other sourcing platforms

·        Vendor management, job postings, and resume sourcing

·        Ensure strong submission-to-interview and conversion ratios

·        Coordinate onboarding process including background checks and documentation

·        Mentor and guide junior recruiters and lead recruitment delivery targets

·        Maintain regular reporting and updates to management

REQUIRED SKILLS:

·        Strong experience in US IT Staffing & Recruitment

·        Expertise in Contract & C2H hiring

·        Excellent knowledge of US work visas and tax terms

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Team Lead – US IT Bench Sales Recruitment to lead and

manage our bench sales team, with a primary focus on H1B Transfer consultants. The ideal candidate should have

strong hands-on experience in US IT Bench Sales, H1B Transfer, consultant marketing, US staffing, client/vendor

management and team leadership. The candidate will drive consultant marketing activities, develop placement

strategies, manage client/vendor relationships and ensure successful placements in the US staffing market.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and manage the US IT Bench Sales Recruitment team to achieve placement and business targets.

• Drive H1B Transfer consultant marketing and placement activities.

• Market IT consultants to potential clients, vendors and implementation partners.

• Develop and implement effective bench marketing and placement strategies.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with US clients, vendors and staffing partners.

• Handle consultant submissions, follow-ups, interview coordination and placement activities.

• Negotiate rates, terms and contracts with vendors and clients.

• Monitor daily team productivity, submissions, interviews, placements and overall performance.

• Coach team members on bench marketing, H1B Transfer processes, sourcing strategies and negotiation

techniques.

• Identify new clients, vendors and business opportunities to improve consultant placements.

• Track consultant availability and maintain an active bench pipeline.

• Ensure timely follow-ups with vendors and clients to maximize placement opportunities.

• Resolve consultant, vendor and client-related issues effectively.

• Prepare and monitor team performance reports and recruitment metrics.

• Drive a target-oriented and performance-focused team environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

• 3–7 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales / US IT Staffing.

• Strong hands-on experience in H1B Transfer and H1B consultant marketing.

• Prior experience as a Team Lead / Senior Bench Sales Recruiter is preferred.

• Strong understanding of US IT staffing processes and IT terminologies.

• Good knowledge of US Visa categories and work authorization: H1B, H1B Transfer, H4 EAD, Green Card/EAD,

OPT, CPT and USC.

• Good understanding of US employment and tax terms: W2, C2C/Corp-to-Corp, 1099 and employer/employee

classification basics.

• Strong experience in consultant marketing, client/vendor management and rate negotiation.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong negotiation, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

• Proven ability to lead, coach and motivate a team.

• Strong performance management and target achievement skills.

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven US staffing environment.

• Self-motivated, proactive and results-oriented.
