You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing high-performance, scalable applications using the latest .NET technologies. This role requires a strong foundation in software development, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.

Title : .Net Developer

Location: Hyderabad

Timings: 2 PM - 11 PM

Years of Experience: 3-5yrs

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using C# and ASP.NET Core.
• Design and implement scalable and efficient microservices architecture.
• Utilize Azure Services to enhance application performance and scalability.
• Implement CI/CD practices and principles to ensure smooth deployment and continuous integration.
• Work with NoSQL and SQL databases to manage and store data effectively.
• Apply Test-Driven Development (TDD) methodologies to ensure robust and reliable code.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring high performance and responsiveness of applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with C# and ASP.NET Core.
• Proficient in Azure Services and cloud-based application development.
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD practices and tools.
• Experience with both NoSQL and SQL databases.
• Proficient in implementing TDD practices.

Job Title : Mulesoft Ops Lead

Location : 100% Remote

What we're looking for

• 7+ years of professional work experience in the Enterprise Integration domain.
• Must have experience of implementing 2-3 end to end enterprise level integration solutions.
• Experience in Design and Implement Integration solutions leveraging Mulesoft.
• Good Understanding of REST/SOAP principles and Dataweave.
• Candidates must have a good understanding of Anypoint platform and Anypoint Studio.
• Must be able to work as an individual contributor.
• Should have Strong knowledge on securing the web APIs data-integrity/confidentiality (Oauth 2. 0, Web JWT Token, x509 certificates).

Title: Algorithmic Talent Match Associate

Location: Remote

Techolution looking for an energetic Algorithmic Talent Match Associate to assist with guiding candidates through a top-notch application process and to work with existing teams to help coordinate the recruiting efforts for the organization. This is an amazing opportunity to learn from a small close-knit team in a fast-paced environment as we grow our brands across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Create a job description from scratch and identify negotiable/non-negotiable skills for new roles.
• Sourcing candidates through various channels including conversion of passive candidates.
• Understand technicalities behind the positions and liaise with technical teams to screen proactively.
• Superior communication (written and verbal English) and organizational skills.
• Self-starters who are results oriented, resourceful, analytical, innovative, intellectually curious and who take initiative and risks.
• Demonstrate strong ability to embrace and adapt to change, take initiative, showcase curiosity, and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Manage and track candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System - including, but not limited to: research, applicant tracking, workflow, communication, data, analytics, and reporting, etc.
