Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Production Planner/Scheduler to join the Client’s operations team in India. This role is critical in ensuring seamless production planning, scheduling, and order lifecycle management—from initiation to shipping. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in demand planning, forecasting, and MRP systems, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing/assembly environment.

Key Responsibilities

 Issue and track work orders for assigned product lines based on MRP analysis and demand.

 Organize and schedule all work orders and sales orders for the production floor.

 Manage the master production schedule to align with customer deadlines and maintain sufficient stock levels.

 Collaborate with Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to expedite orders, resolve issues, and provide order status updates.

 Analyze backorder reports, adjust schedules, and take corrective actions to minimize delays.

 Communicate all production schedule changes to relevant stakeholders and floor staff.

 Resolve allocation issues preventing picklist generation and ensure accuracy of order execution.

 Support execution of Engineering Change Requests (ECRs), re work, and special order processes.

 Work closely with procurement/buyers to prioritize materials and ensure smooth production flow.

Qualifications & Skills

 Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field). Associate’s degree with strong experience will be considered.

 Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in production planning/scheduling within manufacturing or light assembly industries.

 Hands-on experience with MRP-based Planning Systems (Infor M3 preferred).

 Strong knowledge of forecasting and demand planning systems.

 Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

 Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

 Effective communicator with the ability to coordinate across teams and levels of the organization.

 Capable of multitasking, problem-solving, and working under pressure to meet deadlines.

We are looking for a competent and detail-driven Costing Engineer Mechanical Engineer with 3+ years of experience in the manufacturing industry preferably sheet metal. The role focuses on accurate costing of components and assemblies made from stainless steel and other materials, ensuring competitive pricing and cost control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze engineering drawings and specifications to prepare detailed cost estimates for sheet metal parts and assemblies.
• Evaluate raw materials, laser cutting, bending, welding, powder coating, and assembly, punching, deep drawing, TIG welding, buffing/polishing costs.
• Collaborate closely with production, procurement/purchase and design teams for costing inputs and feasibility analysis.
• Analyse cost variances and suggest cost optimization strategies.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for material pricing and rate negotiations.
• Support the sales team by providing costing details for RFQs and pricing decisions. Maintain and update costing records using ERP tools.
• Assist in budgeting and pricing strategies for new and existing products.

Qualifications and Skills:

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in costing within the sheet metal/stainless steel manufacturing domain.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and shop floor operations.
• Experience with costing software and MS Excel
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and BOMs.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and coordination skills.
• Positive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings (AutoCAD/SolidWorks).
• Knowledge of fabrication processes shearing, punching, bending, welding, powder coating.
• Good negotiation and vendor management skills.

Responsibilities and Duties

 Handling Import Documentation.  Update Client for Shipment Status.  Daily DSR Report to Party & Head Office.  Trace the shipment status through websites and by personal contact to shipping lines.  Resolving customer queries with help of documentation team.  Handling Good Communicate with consignee, S/ Line, CFS, Transporter by mail.  Checking shipment arrival and IGM details in ICEGATE of customs.  Consignee Dispatch requirement as per schedule to various plant.  Collect the delivery orders from shipping line and freight forwarders and clearing fromPORT/CFS.  Handling DPD Client shipments with BMCT, NSICT, NSIGT, JNPT & GTI Terminals.  Co-Ordination with custom clearance dept for getting status and to avail required Documents.  Good Communicate to clear shipment with in free days without Detention & Demurrage.  Co-ordinating with Delivery Agent/ Transporter for Delivery of Shipment & Planning forDelivery.  Sending import Agency Bill with Shipping, CFS, Container Survey, Transporter Bill & etc.  Arranging for payment of Imports Bills

• Inventory Specialist (Req 2) 

Must have skills: 

Should have experience as End user in SCM 

Expertise in Supply Chain Management (SCM) Oracle preferred  

Experience in Inventory Management 

• You will coordinate and route the flow of material between contract manufacturers and distribution centers in North America, Europe, and Asia.  
• You will expedite parts to remedy any shortage problems.  
• Perform purchase order receipts, create travelers, and maintain records of material flow.  
• Updating logs, databases, maintaining files, project reports, specifications, product information, and documentation.  
• Preparing processes and status reports, assigning and monitoring documents/databases, and reviewing documents/databases for accuracy and completeness.  

• Responsible for incoming and outgoing material flows primarily supporting global distribution activities.  
• Monitor the flow of material and parts between various suppliers and internal departments to meet tight schedules.

Skills & Qualification:
