With 10k+ creators and 100,000+ customers, we're expanding our team & looking for experienced professionals to join us in Thane.

ReDesyn is seeking a highly skilled senior Ruby on Rails Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Ruby on Rails Developer, you will play a crucial role in managing data interchange, maintaining our central database, and ensuring optimal server-side performance to meet front-end demands.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Ruby code.
- Integrate data storage solutions seamlessly.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs effectively.
- Contribute to code quality, organization, and automation efforts.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Ruby on Rails Developer or similar role, with software development and infrastructure knowledge as a plus.
- Proficiency in Ruby on Rails, along with standard libraries like RSpec and Devise.
- Strong grasp of Ruby syntax and its nuances.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming.
- Familiarity with server-side templating languages (e.g., Liquid, Slim).
- Knowledge of server-side CSS preprocessors.
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies, including JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Familiarity with MVC, Mocking, ORM, and RESTful concepts.
- A passion for writing clean, readable Ruby code.
- Ability to integrate multiple data sources and databases into a cohesive system.
- Understanding of fundamental design principles for scalable applications.

What you will be doing?✓Handling Supplier pay-outs on a regular basis
✓Review of system generated reports and manual calculations and ensuring right pay-outs are processed on a timely basis
✓Review and analysis of various type of payments.
✓Ability to reconcile & verify the logistic invoices issued by logistic companies.
✓Ability to make reconciliation of payment received from various payment gateways
✓Ability to reconcile & follow up on COD amount collectable from logistic companies on daily basis
✓Internal coordination with business teams and understanding their requirements.
✓Working with data science team and IT team on providing data level requirements and identification and communication of issues.What do we expect?
✓3-5 years of post-qualification experience
✓Experience in E-commerce
✓Proficient knowledge of QuickBooks/E-commerce accounting software
✓Great Verbal and written communication skills

• Managing Supply Chain Operations for a leading B2C eCommerce firm
• Collaborating and directing the activities of all functions involved in the
purchasing, planning, warehousing, and control of materials.
• Complete Understanding of end-to-end supply chain and complex modeling
of workflows for Category
• Provide specific cost reduction and waste removal opportunities within and
across categories
• Identify and articulate strategic importance of metrics as a basis for
managing tradeoffs, improving the customer experience, and making
decisions with internal and external stakeholders
• Leading projects impacting Supply Chain transformation (ordering process,
service levels, inventory, logistics, packaging, etc.)
• Work closely with vendor leadership and/or operations senior leaders on
strategies to reduce cost, lead time, and waste across the end-to-end supply
chain.
• Deliver maximum product availability in the category ensuing healthy
inventory level and optimal supply chain set-up.
• Be solution-oriented & integrate strong and clear data analysis and business
rationale into sound decision-making and problem-solving.
