About the Role
We are seeking a talented and versatile Videographer to bring our brand stories to life through powerful visual content. The ideal candidate will be skilled in shooting, editing, and producing high-quality videos tailored for social media, campaigns, and brand marketing. You should be comfortable capturing everything from food shots and events to behind-the-scenes storytelling reels, with a creative flair for digital-first content.
Key Responsibilities
Content Production
Plan, shoot, and edit video content for social media, campaigns, and brand communication.
Capture food, interiors, events, pop-ups, and lifestyle content that highlights brand identity.
Deliverables tailored to platform needs (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, etc.).
Creative Input
Collaborate with the marketing team to ideate storytelling concepts.
Suggest innovative formats, transitions, and editing styles to keep content fresh and engaging.
Editing & Post-Production
Edit raw footage into polished final videos with strong narrative flow.
Add sound design, color grading, text overlays, and effects as required.
Maintain consistent brand aesthetics across all content.
Event & Activation Coverage
Capture on-ground events, pop-ups, collaborations, and influencer activations.
Produce highlight reels and behind-the-scenes content in real time when needed.
Collaboration & Execution
Work closely with the Social Media and Brand Marketing teams to align content with strategy.
Manage equipment, lighting, and shoot logistics independently or with vendors.
Asset Management
Maintain an organized video library of raw footage and final edits.
Ensure all content is backed up and easily accessible.
Requirements
4–7 years of proven experience in videography and editing (preferably for F&B, lifestyle, or digital-first brands).
Proficiency in video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or equivalent).
Strong understanding of social-first formats (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok-style).
Ability to shoot with DSLR/mirrorless cameras and handle lighting setups.
Creative eye for storytelling, framing, and editing.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple shoots.
Note: Final selection will be based on the completion of an onsite assignment.
