• Proficient in fundamental Software Design Principles, Data Structures, Algorithms, Problem Solving and Complexity Analysis.

• Strong understanding of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.

What kind of work will you get?

Examples of technical tasks:

Working on our backend SDK to implement APIs that will be consumed by the frontend widgets

Designing APIs for different auth recipes

Architecting auth flows

You will also be given non technical tasks like product brain storming, competitor analysis and writing documentation.

We are looking for a Lead Server-Side Engineer, who also enjoys working on dev-ops, infrastructure and orchestration, and can help build out our existing API and infrastructure.

India is a trust deficit market which cannot be accessed through Internet Marketing on Facebook and Google as the majority of the customers need training, push, motivation and a primer on why and how to use a product.

To solve this problem, traditional industries like BFSI, Telecom, Automobile, Real Estate etc. use 50M+ frontline sales executives to drive distribution. Summary of Role

As a lead of the consumer products software engineering division, you will take an active role in the definition and evolution of standard practices and procedures. You will be responsible for defining and developing software for tasks associated with the developing, designing and debugging of the software applications.

LEAF is a safety tech company started in 2015 with the mission to solve the problem of human safety by disrupting the largely unorganized security market. They started with safety wearables, sold 20k units globally, went with PM Modi to silicon valley and won Million Dollar Xprize at United Nations. Currently, we are creating an infrastructure of responders who can respond to any problem within a short stipulated timeframe. The pilot is already conducted with clients like Zomato, MakeMyTrip, Oyo, Bounce, etc in Bangalore where we are providing 10 min response to their on-ground agents in case of an accident, brawl or any issues. We are working to create private 911 for India. Working from Whitefield, they plan to cover entire Bangalore with 200 responders in the next few months.
