About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Software Development Engineer to join our team focused on building and enhancing an Agentic AI Framework. You will be instrumental in developing scalable, reliable, and intelligent AI-based systems, contributing across the stack—from front-end interfaces to back-end infrastructure, and cloud deployment pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and responsive front-end and back-end components of the Agentic AI Framework.
• Implement RESTful and GraphQL APIs for seamless integration across services.
• Optimize performance and ensure high availability across distributed systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including AI/ML engineers, data scientists, and DevOps.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
• Contribute to architecture discussions, code reviews, and project planning.
• Keep up-to-date with advancements in AI/ML algorithms, frameworks, and data science practices.
• Act as a primary point of contact for L3/L4 production support, including:

o  Debugging and resolving live issues

o  Delivering hot patches and quick fixes

o  Managing emergency and planned production releases

·      Own and operate the release lifecycle including version control, deployment, rollback strategies, and documentation

• Support deployment, monitoring, and scaling efforts using DevOps and cloud infrastructure.

Required Skills

• Front-end: React.js, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Redux, Tailwind or Material UI
• Back-end: Java, Kotlin, Spring Boot, Node.js
• Databases: PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB, MySQL
• Architecture: Microservices, API Gateways, Event-driven architecture

As an Application Engineer, you will be responsible for Application Engineering capability, designing and developing web applications, and managing small teams of App engineers In doing so, you will closely collaborate with program leads and technology architects across global locations.

More specifically, you might:

• Collaborate with business analysts and technical managers to understand functional, and non-functional requirements, and scope.
• Design and develop multi-tier, cloud-native, high-performance, and scalable solutions
• Indulge in applying benchmarking software engineering principles and design patterns to build robust world-class solutions.
• Direct cross-functional agile teams as a leader across the software development lifecycle
• Analyse design alternatives using proofs-of-concept, and engage with architects to choose the best optimal solutions

Roles and Responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in information technology or computer sciences. Combining full - time academics degree with certification in computer languages and software programs could be an added advantage.
• At least 5 to 8 years of experience as a leader with hands-on experience in programming languages such as Javascript, HTML, C++, PHP, Angular, Ajax, Rest Api, Node.Js, JQuery, MySQL, API Oath Integration, Shopify, Open Source app development, Social media Developer tool.

Skills and Experience :

• 2-7 years of experience as a Java/J2EE developer.
• 1-3 years of experience with Angular / React is desirable.
• 2-5 years of experience in using Spring and Spring Boot frameworks.
• Thorough knowledge of server-side development.
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
• Good understanding of web services (WSDL SOAP, RESTful).
• Hands-on experience in using Application Servers like WebSphere.
• Expertise in relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server).
• AI/ML domain knowledge is desirable.
• Familiarity with common stacks.
