You Will Work On:

AI Agents: Design and optimize AI agents

ML Models: Build redemption prediction, customer segmentation, ROI forecasting

Data & Analytics: Analyze data, build behavior pattern pipelines, create product bundling matrices

System Design: Architect scalable async AI pipelines, design feedback loops, implement A/B testing

Experimentation: Test different LLM approaches, explore hybrid LLM+ML architectures, prototype new capabilities

Must-Have Skills

Technical: 0-2 years AI/ML experience (projects/internships count), strong Python, LLM API knowledge, ML fundamentals (supervised learning, clustering), Pandas/NumPy proficiency

Mindset: Extreme curiosity, logical problem-solving, builder mentality (side projects/hackathons), ownership mindset

Nice to Have: Pydantic, FastAPI, statistical forecasting, PostgreSQL/SQL, scikit-learn, food-tech/loyalty domain interest

Technical Proficiency : 
Must have : 

• Strong development experience in Python in the environment of Unix/Linux/Ubuntu

• Strong practical knowledge of Python and its libraries.

• Current working experience with cloud deployment of AWS/Azure/GCP, Microservice architecture, and Docker in Python.

• Good knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices

• Good Experience of Python with Django/ Scrapy/ Flask frameworks.

• Good Experience in Jupyter/ Docker/ Elastic Search, etc.

• Solid understanding of software development principles and best practices.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Proven ability to drive large-scale projects with a deep understanding of Agile SDLC, high collaboration, and leadership.
  
  Good to have : 

• Expected to have migration experience from one version to the other, as this project is about migration to the latest version.

• Preferred if had an OpenEdx platform experience or any LMS platform. 

   

• Write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages.
• Developing the web based software using computer programming languages such as Asp.net, Sql Server, MVC, C# & Entity framework.
• Revise, update, re-factor and debug code.
• Participate as a team member in all phases of S/W lifecycle, including the analysis and design of S/W systems.
• Participate in integrated testing of product/ package.
• Deploying applications on client server.
• Making changes to existing web applications according to the feedback received from the end users or clients.
• Design and develop REST API’s using ASP.NET/C#.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- At least 7 years of experience in back-end development, specifically with Node.js.

- Strong understanding of JavaScript and TypeScript would be a plus.

- Experience with asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL.

- Proficient in working with databases (e.g., PostgreSQL).

- Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git.

- Experience with cloud services (e.g., Azure Cloud) and containerization tools (e.g., Docker).

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

What we are looking for:

• 4+ years of industry experience with the Python and Django framework.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Good analytical skills with strong fundamentals of data structures and algorithms
• Experience building backend services with hands-on experience through all stages of Agile software development life cycle.
• Ability to write optimized codes,debug programs, and integrate applications with third party tools by developing various APIs
• Experience with Databases (Relational and Non-Relational). Ex: Cassandra, MongoDB, Postgresql
• Experience with writing REST-APIs.
• Prototyping initial collection and leveraging existing tools and/or creating new tools
• Experience working different types of datasets (e.g. unstructured, semi-structured, with missing information)
• Ability to think critically and creatively in a dynamic environment, while picking up new tools and domain knowledge along the way
• A positive attitude, and a growth mindset

Your key responsibilities

• Responsible for ideating, designing, developing, and supporting the backend services of AirFi web apps for different modes of passenger transport including major airlines across the world.
• Manage your components independently, including but not limited to: gather requirements; communicate design decisions to cross-functional teams including data science, engineering, analytics, and operations; proactively seek user feedback.
• You will help AirFi to quickly iterate and scale web app development to different segments of customers with standard processes, automation, monitoring, and rapid quality assurance.
• Proactively monitor the web apps space for continuous improvements and optimisations, looking for new opportunities and challenges.

Must have technical skills

• MUST: Experience in Javascript or any modern-day JS frameworks - 7+ years

• Experience on building RESTful services and MVC patterns - 5+ years
