Key skills: Java full stack developer with React Js experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Advance the state of the art in building Microservices with Java and frontend applications with React JS.
• Design and Develop Cloud based, web applications for SMBs
• Design and develop the front end for customer-facing applications using MVC framework
• Design and develop supporting components and Microservices for the backend tiers focusing on fault-tolerance and scalability in a multi-tenant B2B2C environment
• Team with top-notch engineers, product managers, Dev Ops and QA following agile development methodologies
• Review functional requirements, providing technical feedback on feasibility and architectural approach and framework.
• Develop technical specifications
• Contribute to test plan development.
• Create Prototype and/or Proof of Concepts (POCs) when necessary
• Act in a technical leadership capacity: Mentor junior engineers and new team members, perform code reviews and apply technical expertise to challenging programming and design problems
• Manage and maintain Cloud infrastructure
• Maintain and improve the functionality and performance of the existing web applications; refactor legacy codebase
• Help shape and execute the technical roadmap to develop next generation features; integrate corporate- and product-level architecture principles and goals into the teams project work through designs, implementation strategies, and project planning.
• Drive a culture of quality, technical curiosity, continuous improvement, and evidence-based data driven decision making in the organization.
• Lead team in software development best practices including Peer Code Review, Unit testing, Automated Deployments, and Automated Testing.
• Write technical documentation

 

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
•Degree/Master Degree in Engineering/computer or equivalent subject
•Good Knowledge of Java (Core Java, XML, Java Script, UI5 etc).
•Experience of working in Java on cloud products would be an advantage.
•Excellent analytical skills
•Effectiveness in problem-solving, results-orientation
•Very good powers of comprehension, high quality commitment and self-motivating working style
•Ability to quickly acquire understanding in new areas
•Good communication skills
•Team spirit and ability to work with virtual and local teams

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
•Analysis, modeling, design, implementation of business requirements for the SuccessFactors
Onboarding Localization & Legal Compliance
•Responsible for development focusing on coding. Additional responsibility will entail testing and
quality assurance as per team backlog.
•Demonstrate full responsibility for accepted tasks and deliver with a high level of quality, speed,
reliability and efficiency.
•Maintenance and corrections to keep solution up-to-date in accordance with customer feedback

WORK EXPERIENCE
•2-3 years’ of coding experience in Java (Core Java, XML, Java Script, UI5)
•Experience in HCM products is preferred
•Experience in working on cloud products would be an advantage.

and supply (owners) of rentals.
JOB PROFILE: BACKEND DEVELOPER (FULL-TIME JOB)
REQUIREMENTS:
• Good knowledge of MongoDB or framework like Django (Python).
• Proficient in MySQL, PostgreSQL.
• Proficient understanding of Git & Github.

What you need to succeed
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related.
• 5+ years of professional development experience.
• Deep experience in web applications, object-oriented programming, web services, REST,
Cloud computing, AWS/Azure, node.js, full-stack development
• Experience with multiple programming languages and frameworks including at least one
of JavaScript/HTML/CSS, Java, ReactJS, Python
• Experience in designing, developing and managing large scale web services
