• Experience in developing IOT applications using NodeJS & frameworks
• Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs . Experience in working on serverless framework in AWS using Lambda, API Gateway . Requirements and qualifications:

• Previous working experience as a Node.js Developer 1-2 years

What will you be doing at Enalo?

• Understand the problem statement and derive potential product solutions.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and user research.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to take the product forward.
• Participate in product strategy, build a roadmap and execute to bring products to life.
• Manage product requirement definition and feature identification for future initiatives, including documentation of prioritized feature sets and use cases.
• Lead the development and QA teams at the appropriate times to realise the goals of the product.
• Own scrum and all the related activities like sprint planning, and release.
• Create user stories and use cases for product features.
• Look for roadblocks and mitigate risks.
• Organize daily stand-ups, brainstorming and review sessions.
• Maintain backlogs and prioritize them effectively.
• Experience the product as an end-user and identify gaps to make the product better. And ensure users can see the value of the product!
• Craft product presentations and do demos.
• Define product metrics and speak through data.
• Be a driving force in assembling the resources necessary to ship high-impact products and features, and facilitate communication throughout the development process.
• Work with the release process and support teams to ensure that the product is released successfully and any issues in production are resolved quickly.
• Measure and analyse the success of a product or feature using internal tools as well as tools like Google Analytics
• Efficiently manage agile development of the product.
• Contribute to the product's 'Go To Market' Strategy.

Skills required :

• Strong familiarity with product development, user flows and UI experience.

• You have experience with two or more development languages preferably Java or Python and React, etc 
• You can skillfully write high-quality, well-tested code and you are comfortable with Object-Oriented programming
• Comfortability with Agile methods, such as Extreme Programming (XP), Scrum and/or Kanban
• Bonus points if you have working knowledge of cloud technology such as AWS, Azure, Kubernetes and Docker

• Plan & execute user acquisition and engagementcampaigns through paid marketing channels
• Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC

• Work efficiently with our Creativeand Content teams to build content strategies

• Work closely with Analytics/Data Science team to build right personalized campaigns for different consumer segments.

• Manage campaign reports with good presentation skills.

• Potential user research, identification and testing new ideas/channels.

Duties/Responsibilities:

The person plays a dual role of Public Relation and Influencer Manager.

Public Relations

• Combine creativity, communication, and storytelling to create meaningful public relations campaigns that promote our products/ Founders.
• Pitch stories to top-tier local and national journalists, editors, media outlets, TV, radio, podcasts, niche blogs, and other online outlets.
• Cultivate, strengthen, and maintain media relationships.
• Create media materials such as press releases, talking points, run sheets, and messaging documents.
• Seek and manage business award submissions, interview opportunities, and speaking engagements for Co-Founders.
• Secure, track, and measure results.

Influencer Marketing

• Grow and maintain relationships with influencers to create excitement and mass brand exposure across social media platforms
• Mine the social media platforms for top-tier influencers, celebrities, content creators, and talent that can increase brand reach.
• Manage and update internal influencer database to ensure platform and metrics stay updated.
• Collaborate with internal creative and social marketing teams to drive influencers to create high-quality and engaging content.
• Continually engage with existing influencers and creators via email, DMs, and phone to build strong, long-lasting relationships. Manage day-to-day communications with talent/influencers.
• Manage all influencer requests, place and track product samples requests.
• Oversee gift boxes and other special packaging needs for high-touch influencers.
• Think creatively and add new ideas to pitch for new and exciting influencer programs.

Qualifications/Skills:

• 5+ years experience in public relations, in-house, or agency.
• Course in Mass Communication.
• Strong experience writing news releases, media advisories, feature stories, blogs, and media pitches.
• Existing relationships with top-tier local and national journalists, editors, media outlets, TV, radio, podcasts, niche blogs, and influencers preferred.
• Social media wizard who is well-versed in all platforms (IG, YouTube, Facebook, Twitch, TikTok, etc.) and in tune with how the influencer marketing landscape differs across each respective platform.
• Deep expertise in identifying key tastemakers, celebrity endorsers, and influencers.
• A passion for building and cultivating relationships with influencers.

• Hands on experience in Java,Selenium,Appium
• Writing feature files & test scenarios in BDD Gherkin Format in jera / tools
• Should be flexible to design manual test cases/ Test Scenarios & automate them in-spirit.
• Knowledge in cloud testing
• Experience with BDD Tools
• Ability to document and trouble shoot error
• Good to have knowledge on SQL
• Good to have experience of having worked with frameworks like android studio , Xcode.
