Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3-8 years of experience in sales development, with at least 2-4 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
