🔹 Position : Senior Lead Java Developer

🔹 Experience : 10+ Years (12+ preferred)

✅ Must-Have Skills :

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Core Java & Spring Boot
• Expertise in Multithreading, Dependency Injection, and AOP
• Strong in Microservices Architecture and RESTful services
• Good exposure to SQL & NoSQL databases
• Proficient with Git (GitLab preferred)
• Experience with Kubernetes deployments and APM tools (New Relic preferred)
• Solid understanding of distributed tracing and log analysis
• Proven debugging and performance optimization skills

💼 Responsibilities :

• Design and develop high-quality, scalable microservices
• Act as SME for multiple services or subsystems
• Own service performance, SLAs, and incident resolutions
• Mentor junior developers and conduct technical interviews
• Participate in production war rooms and troubleshooting
• Lead development efforts and drive code quality

🎓 Qualification :

• BE/B.Tech or equivalent degree

• Understand the requirement and convert that into API design.
• Write the code independently 
• Unit testing and bug fixing
• Write code with standards and conventions and follow best practices.
• Know how to engineer a full-fledged system and not just write code to make things work.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies, scrum.
• Should be able to guide juniors.
• Communication with clients for requirement understanding.
• Code Merging and deployment

• REST APIs in Spring Boot and Spring Framework
• MySQL Database, complex SQL queries (like joining multiple tables)
• Spring Security, JWT Tokens
• Third party Integration
• Unix basic commands
• Apache Tomcat, Deployment of War in Unix environment.
• Jira or any other Issue/Task tracking systems.

Job Details: 

• Three plus years of experience in IT systems analysis and application program development
• Experience in an Object Oriented Programming language such as Java is a must
• The candidate must be a hands-on coder doing active development
• Extensive experience programming in Java Application Development & RESTful API
• Experience in AWS Cloud technologies is optional but good to have
• Proficient in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts, workflows, and design patterns

• 8+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of technical education and work experience;
• 7+ years of Software Development experience and at least 1+ years of experience in building and leading strong engineering teams
• Deep hands-on technical expertise on server side technologies.
• Solid software development background including design patterns, data structures, test driven development, experience in building microservices and highly scalable and performant applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and effective stakeholder management, in cross functional teams.
• Managed a team of 5+ engineers, taking care of the delivery planning, resource alignments, prioritization, performance management(including managing appraisal cycles), and effective feedback for the team and individuals.
