Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement advanced AI/ML models and algorithms to address real-world challenges.
• Analyze large and complex datasets to derive actionable insights and train predictive models.
• Build and deploy scalable, production-ready AI solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, product managers, and software developers, to integrate AI solutions into business workflows.
• Continuously monitor and optimize model performance, ensuring scalability, robustness, and reliability.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, ML, and Generative AI technologies, and proactively apply them where applicable.
• Implement MLOps best practices using tools such as MLflow, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Work with Large Language Models (LLMs) like GPT and LLaMA, and develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines when needed.

Required Skills:

• Strong programming skills in Python (preferred); experience with R or Java is also valuable.
• Proficiency with machine learning libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, statistics, and machine learning principles.
• Familiarity with MLOps tools and practices, including MLflow, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Proven experience in deploying and maintaining AI/ML models in production environments.
• Exposure to Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and vector databases is a strong plus.

Job Title - Sr. Administrator, IT Infrastructure Storage

Job Duties -

• Administer IT storage recovery and backup systems. Perform complex provisioning, advanced maintenance, data replication, disaster recovery, data migration, and documentation.
• Participate in ongoing maintenance, utilization, availability, and security of storage infrastructure.
• Perform IT implementations, performance analysis and optimization, monitoring, problem resolution, upgrade planning and execution, and process creation and documentation.
• Analyze and work to improve the quality of services offered by IT. Participate in ongoing technology evaluations to keep up with technology trends and industry standards.
• Be able to script in Perl or Python and perform capacity planning and growth projections.
• Resolve complex IT issues as pertain to the environment and keep abreast on storage & backup technology.
• Experience working with ISILON Storage is a must-have skill.
• Good to have experience in ransomware, anomaly detection, airgap and vaulting technologies.

Education and Experience Requirements -

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in

Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field plus 5 years of post-

baccalaureate progressive experience in IT storage environments.

Skills Requirements- Experience must include:

• Expertise in Linux and Windows – Good to have Cloud knowledge
• Utilizing OS-enabled tools for data copy like rsync, robocopy and other tools
• Setting up NFS, SMB, snapshots, replication, SnapMirror, and SyncIQ
• Experience in NAS storage technologies like Netapp, Power scale, Isilon, Qumulo and Weka
• Dell EMC Insight IQ, DataIQ and ESRS, Netapp tools (OCUM/AIUM)
• Rubrik, Cohesity, Veeam and other comparable backup technologies
• Good to have Monitoring and Alerting like Prometheus, SolarWinds, telegraph and Grafana

You will be responsible for building and maintaining multiple SaaS applications in the social media space. You will work in small, cross-functional teams and love delivering value to our customers through shipping code. • Develop high-quality code to implement features that help analytics

What you will be doing 

• Configure, test and implement workflows supporting configuration and business features in FIS Loan Origination System.
• Coordinate with business experts (Business Analysts, Product Owners, Product Managers) to gather functional specifications and accordingly get them designed and build in product using native workflow tool and by harvesting CMMN and BPMN
• Formulate and define system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements.
• Build the executable processes with limited requirement to showcase business.
• Work with architects and team leads to design & implement appropriate technical solutions.
• Collaborate with testers to analyze defects, verify behavior, and resolve issues.
• Identify, re-engineer and document business processes and metrics and identify improvement opportunities where existing processes / workflows may be streamlined or improved to deliver greater effectiveness and efficiency.
• Develop, maintain and distribute business process workflows documentation to stakeholders.
• Assess and project the impact of system changes on users and internal and external clients or stakeholders.
• Be a SPOC for managing and maintenance of these Processes, Workflows while building and contributing to these within Product in an Agile manner. Attend all the relevant scrum ceremonies.
• Tailors user screens for each process activity to enable end users to interact with Application.
• Work as an independent team member, capable of applying judgment to plan and execute your tasks.
• Isolate and resolve complex configuration issues.
• Train internal employees or external clients on processes, BPMN and CMMN principles or practices. Conduct one-on-one or classroom training depending upon the size or desire of the audience.
