Metalpace.com is seeking a talented UX Designer to join our team. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating exceptional user experiences across all of our digital platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong background in user-centered design principles and methodologies, as well as a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

Work with cross-functional teams to understand business and user needs and create design solutions that are visually appealing and intuitive to use
Develop and maintain wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that effectively communicate design concepts and solutions

Collaborate with front-end developers and other stakeholders to ensure designs are implemented as intended

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field
3+ years of experience in UX design for digital products
Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, etc.
Strong portfolio showcasing previous UX design work with clear explanations of design decisions and outcomes
Experience conducting user research, testing, and analysis
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
