Responsibilities:

• Develop 3D graphics and animations for use in digital media, including web, mobile, and virtual and augmented reality platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and create solutions that meet business and user needs
• Create models, textures, and lighting setups using industry-standard 3D software such as Blender, Unreal Engine, and Maya
• Produce high-quality, photorealistic renders and animations
• Stay up-to-date with the latest 3D trends, techniques, and technologies, and apply them to project work

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in 3D Design, Computer Graphics, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in 3D design for digital media
• Proficiency in 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and animation using industry-standard software such as Blender, Unreal Engine, and Maya
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous 3D design work with clear explanations of design decisions and outcomes
• Experience with motion graphics and compositing software such as After Effects and Nuke
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

The ideal candidate has a strong background in user-centered design principles and methodologies, as well as a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

• Work with cross-functional teams to understand business and user needs and create design solutions that are visually appealing and intuitive to use
• Develop and maintain wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that effectively communicate design concepts and solutions
• Conduct user research, testing, and analysis to inform design decisions and validate design solutions
• Collaborate with front-end developers and other stakeholders to ensure designs are implemented as intended
• Continuously monitor and iterate on the user experience to ensure it aligns with business objectives and user needs

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field
• 3+ years of experience in UX design for digital products
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, etc.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous UX design work with clear explanations of design decisions and outcomes
• Experience conducting user research, testing, and analysis
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
