Role:-  Linux BSP/Device Drivers developer

 JD:-

Linux porting/development; Linux kernel concepts

Expertise in Linux BSP device driver development,Device Tree

Customizing kernel + Porting + Developing Applications Linux Device Driver Development (Character devices)

Expertise in porting, network stack; optimization, network programming

Bootloader/Uboot porting

Camera driver development (Good to have)

Skills:- Kernel Programming, Data Structures, Algorithms, C++, BSP, Device Driver Development and Linux kernel Porting

NEED TO HAVE

1) 1+ years of work experience on some front end like React.JS, nodejs or Angular.JS

2) HTML, CSS

3) Strong in Javascript concepts

4) Good communication skills

5) Loves to code

GOOD TO HAVE

1) Experience with type script will be a plus

2) Experience with Nest.JS framework will be a plus

3) Strong hold on ES6 principles.

4) Familiar with TDD ( Test Driven Development ) will be a plus.

5) Familiar with working in CI / CD will be a plus

6) Micro-Service architecture knowledge will be an added benefit.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Build and develop commercial relationships with our key targeted B2B partners (e-rickshaw, battery dealers and distributors).

2. Establish a systematic approach for partner outreach and B2B relationship management.

3. Strategize newer ways to grow current partnerships & form new ones.

4. Understand the current market trends and build & grow relationships accordingly.

5. Negotiate and finalize the partnership deals.

• Plan, schedule, and execute orders as per established processes and timelines, coordinating with junior Merchants and Surat and Mill incharges for daily updates.
• Track and manage product approvals at various stages, ensuring product specifications align with client requirements for an accuracy rate of 95% or higher.
• Oversee timely receipt of payments from clients, maintaining a 100% on-time payment rate.
• Manage product sampling and sourcing operations, ensuring over 95% of samples are received within stipulated deadlines.
• Administer all correspondence through emails, ensuring 100% accountability and traceability of communication.
• Confirm that all necessary approvals are physically received before order execution, maintaining 100% compliance.
• Collaborate closely with the production team to guarantee smooth order execution.
• Conduct regular market research to stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings, using the insights to inform operational strategies.
• Participate in key industry events to establish relationships and showcase our offerings.

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound & outbound leads

• Communicating with potential customers via LinkedIn/ outbound calls / personalized emails and following up on leads.

• Conducting in-depth Market research to identify prospective customers.

• Consistently expanding the customer database.

• Prospect call preparation including company background research and other pertinent lead information.

• Identify customers’ buying trends and provide reports to management.

• Enter, update, and maintain information of leads, prospects, and Opportunities on CRM

• Collaborate with internal teams to define user interface requirements

• Proven work experience as a Visual Designer, UI Designer or similar role
• Portfolio of related works (e.g. logos, animations and graphics)
• Hands-on experience with image editing and digital sketching software, like Photoshop, Indesign and Adobe Illustrator
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus
• Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts and layouts
• Ability to meet deadlines while working on team projects
