Role: Business Development Associate

Job Type: Full-Time, Night Shift

Key Responsibilities:

·      Lead Generation: Research, identify, and target potential clients through various channels (email, social media, cold calls) during the night shift hours.

·      Client Engagement: Establish connections with leads, qualify prospects, and engage them in discussions to understand their needs and offer solutions.

·      Sales Support: Support the sales team by assisting in the development and presentation of proposals, negotiating pricing, and finalizing deals.

·      Follow-ups: Proactively follow up on leads and inquiries from various platforms to maintain the sales pipeline and close opportunities.

·      Relationship Building: Foster and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring they are satisfied with our services and receive timely support.

·      Market Research: Keep an eye on market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and adapt business development strategies.

·      Reporting: Track, monitor, and report lead generation metrics, sales progress, and pipeline activities to senior management.

·      Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.

Qualification And Skills:

·      Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

·      Strong Presentation Skills and Experience in Making Presentations

·      Team Player with Strong Interpersonal Skills

·      Excellent command of written & spoken English

·      Understanding and knowledge of brand building & Digital marketing

·      Minimum 1-7 year of experience in Business Development

·      Willing to work in Night shift

Reports Developer

Description - Data Insights Analyst specializing in dashboard development, data validation, and ETL testing using Tableau, Cognos, and SQL.

Work Experience: 5-9 years 

 Key Responsibilities

Insights Solution Development:

•    Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and static reports using Tableau and IBM Cognos.

•    Collaborate with Senior Data Insights specialists to design solutions that meet customer needs.

•    Utilize data from modeled Business Data sources, Structured DB2 Datamarts, and DB2 Operational Data stores to fulfill business requirements.

•    Conduct internal analytics testing on all data products to ensure accuracy and reliability.

•    Use SQL to pull and prepare data for use in Dashboards and Reports

Data Management Tasks:

•    Test new ETL developments, break-fixes, and enhancements using SQL-based tools to ensure the accuracy, volume, and quality of ETL changes.

•    Participate in data projects, delivering larger-scale data solutions as part of a project team.

•    Report defects using Jira and work closely with IT team professionals to ensure the timely retesting of data defects

•    Utilize Spec. Documentation and Data lineage tools to understand flow of data into Analytics Data sources

•    Develop repeatable testing processes using SQL based tools

❖    Experience & Knowledge:

❖    Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales/BD in department & Institutes & Industries.

❖    Previous experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales is a must.

•  Candidates with Market knowledge of Electrical Panel, Automation Solution, Energy Saving Solutions & IOT products will be prefered.
• People who are familiar with Electrical/Automation products of ABB /SIEMENS /SCHNEIDER /MITSUBISHI will be preferred.
•  Knowledge of LT / HT Switchgear & Electrical Control panels is preferable.
• Basic costing knowledge.
• Basic Taxation Knowledge.

• Experience with iOS frameworks such as UIKit, Maps, Core Location, Core Bluetooth and Core Animation etc.
• Familiarity with MVVM, Test driven development(TDD)
• Experience with third-party libraries such as Alamofire etc. and APIs Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle
• Proficient in RESTful APIs

• Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning, optimisation
