Roles and responsibilities :

- Develop a thorough understanding of the profiles for which you are searching by forming and maintaining a relationship with hiring managers.

- Perform pre-screening calls and interviews to analyze applicants' abilities and fit the company culture.

- Screen resumes and talks to candidates at the top of the funnel, keep candidates engaged in the process and ensure that hiring timelines are met

- Coordinate and see through the entire recruitment process; Manage the pipeline of candidates from outreach through closing

- Act as a true partner to hiring managers on recruiting and sourcing strategies that help us hire the best talent

- Assist with weekly, monthly Recruitments Dashboards to assess TATs, SLAs, Recruitment Performance

- Ensure key targets are met like on time delivery, Cost per Hire, Replacement cost etc.

We are having urgent opening for IT Recruiter-Work from home. Minimum 2+ years experience required in IT and non-IT recruitment. Candidates who don't have experience in IT recruitment, please do not apply. Job involves end to end recruitment. 25 to 30k net salary. Immediate to 7 days joinees only. Personal desktop or laptop required.

Purpose of the Job:

Will be the face of the organization in terms of attracting talent, the incumbent will be handling entire recruitment life cycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, selecting, salary negotiation an on boarding. • 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition with excellent understanding of recruitment processes
• Excellent communication skills written and verbal in English, Tamil and Hindi
• Well versed with latest sourcing tools and good knowledge of candidate selection methods

Shift: 6:30pm IST - 3:30am IST
JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Should have 6+ months of experience into End to end IT, Non IT, Pharma, Healthcare/Pharma, Engineering Recruitment
• Candidates should have experience in Contract staffing(C2H) or fulltime Recruitment
• Sourcing candidates from job portals, social networking sites, references - Screening & short-listing suitable profiles against the requirement
• Interviewing candidates to check for their communication skills, technical skills as per clients" needs & their suitability
• Coordinating with the clients to get the requirements and following up with them for the feedback of the processed profiles
• Scheduling telephonic and F2F interviews for the short-listed candidates
• Salary negotiations and fixation of the selected candidates
• Preparing and maintaining various recruitment details & database
