Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. This role involves sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company’s staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.

Create job descriptions and post job openings on various platforms.

Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage candidate assessments.

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements.

Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Utilize recruitment metrics to improve hiring practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.

Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

Strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Familiarity with social media recruiting.

Responsibilities:

· Responsible for Technology hiring across levels and manage a team of recruiters

· Responsible for end to end Talent Acquisition including planning and strategizing for deliverables, sourcing and attracting candidates through various active and passive channels; candidate engagement; stakeholder management; reporting; database management etc.

            Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career builder, Yahoo Hot Jobs), Making job postings on the Job Portal.

            Well versed about US Terms like W2, C2C, 1099, US Visas, etc.

            Responsible to work on Contract, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) positions.

            Responsible for Coordinating fulfillment of other formalities such as background check, drug test etc. leading to joining post placement.

            Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.

            Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.

            Must be having capability to work with a team or individually.

            Maintain close contact with candidates/Vendors/ recruiters/offshore team.

            Publish progress report to management every week.

            Updated about technologies of the Client requirements and knowledge of current IT trends.

• Draft job descriptions, push them through all talent acquisition channels, and coordinate candidate sourcing with the same.
• Doing junior to middle-level hiring for all IT verticals.
• Review applicants to verify if position requirements are met.
• Format resumes meeting client expectations.
• Telephonic Screening of the profiles checking for Technical Fitment, Behavioural Fitment, Stability, etc.
• Utilize your innovative and effective convincing and negotiation skills to impress and attract top talent.
• Follow up with candidates and clients and maintain records of progress.
