Preferably 2+ years in IT recruitment
Receiving and understanding the requisitions with respect to technical and general aspects sent by different clients.
Carry out the recruitment process using various sources (job portals, job postings, professional networking sites, references, etc.)
Reviewing the job applications, screening the candidates.
Briefing the candidates regarding the job profile, salary package and organisation etc.
Scheduling telephonic interviews and coordinating the candidates through mail and phone.
Sending the shortlisted CVs to the clients and following up using trackers
Scheduling the interview of short-listed candidates with the company.
Follow up on interview status and update candidate on the same.
Handling all Background Verification process as per guidelines.
Follow up with clients about job offer for selected candidates
Maintain up-to-date Data Bank of candidates for various job profiles
Must have a thorough understanding of the roles and responsibilities of various job positions in the IT industry.
Must be an individual contributor and should be focused on achieving monthly/quarterly targets.
Must have hands on experience in End to End Recruitment.
Good communicator especially on phone with clients and candidates alike
