UI / UX designer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Lead who can drive the development of high-performance, scalable products while contributing hands-on to coding, architecture, and system design. You will work closely with a small engineering team, guiding them in technology decisions, quality delivery, and best practices while also taking ownership of key modules yourself.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product development from design to deployment.
• Act as both a technical contributor and mentor within a small, agile team.
• Architect scalable, robust, and secure backend and frontend systems.
• Participate in and guide:
• System design & architecture decisions
• Algorithmic analysis and performance optimization
• Database modeling and API design
• Write clean, maintainable, high-quality code.
• Own deployment pipelines and ensure reliable production releases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable technical plans.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure engineering excellence.
• Troubleshoot and solve complex technical challenges in production environments.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong expertise in Node.js and/or Python.
• Hands-on experience with TypeScript and React.js for frontend development.
• Knowledge of Go (Golang) is a strong advantage.
• Deep understanding of:
• Data Structures & Algorithms
• System Design
• Distributed systems concepts
• Microservices architecture
• Experience with deployment using:
• Docker, Kubernetes, or similar orchestration tools
• CI/CD pipelines
• Cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)
• Strong understanding of databases (SQL and NoSQL).

Soft Skills

• Strong leadership and ability to guide a small development team.
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• 4–10 years of experience in software development.
• Prior experience in a startup or fast-moving product environment.

IT Senior Manager Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.

• A master's degree in computer science is preferred.

• Proof of continued education, such as software certifications, is desirable.

• Experience with ERP, CRM, Business Intelligence, Warehouse Management (WMS)/Supply Chain Management (SCM), Cloud Storage (Azure/AWS), DAM, MS 365, Marketing Automation and other business applications

• Knowledgeable in successful API integration of CTI and other communication technologies like whatsapp with business applications

• Identifying vendors, developing SOW and wireframes, successfully managing projects to completion for Websites (js/node/react/shopify/wordpress etc) and application development

• Use of low code/no node application development in MS platforms would be desirable

• At least 3 to 5 years of experience.

• Excellent written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong leadership and project management skills.

• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills

Overseeing all technology operations including Software, Networking, Hardware and Security along with evaluating them according to established goals.

• Devising and establishing IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by upper management with plans for redundancy, zero to no downtime and constantly improving business operations and processes

• Analyzing the business requirements of all departments to determine their technology needs.

• IT Head manages and supervises an organization's technical operations which includes overseeing IT department employees and ensuring all technology. systems and applications support the organization's goals and objectives.

• IT Head should have in-depth knowledge of new software development, be able to prepare Wireframe design & Architecture, able to design and describe SOW for all new IT software development.

• Overseeing all IT operations infrastructure.

• Developing, implementing, and evaluating IT projects in line with organizational objectives.

• Liaising with other departments to determine and address their IT needs and requirements.

• Managing and supervising employees in the IT department.

• Ensuring the maintenance of current projects and technology systems. • Identifying vulnerabilities, the need for upgrades, and opportunities for improvement.

• Proposing strategic solutions and recommending new systems and software.

• Preparing financial budgets and performance reports.

• Building and maintaining relationships with external advisors and vendors.

• Ensuring reported issues are resolved promptly

This person MUST have:

• Minimum of 2 year's experience in a similar role.
• Experience in Configure and install various network devices and services (routers, switches, firewalls, VPN, servers)
• Perform network maintenance and system upgrades
• Must be good in Linux platform and basic hardware.
• Provide Level-1/2 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues.
• Work on ticket portal for ongoing customer queries.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment pleasant, professional, and courteous personality skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills providing call support to Internal and External End Users.
• Handle customer calls/emails regarding technical issues for end users.
• Strong communication skills
• Attention to detail.
• Linux, drafting for email and tickets, basic understanding of vmware is important.

Timings:

• 40 hours a week with a rotational shift every month.
