UI/UX-Lead Designer

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality technical training programs to students.

Responsibilities

• Industry and prospective customer research for generating new Leads.
• Maintain lead data in Google Sheets and CRM and ensure they are updated.
• Manage the Inside Sales Campaign process, including research, outreach (email and Linkedin), and follow-ups on positive responses.
• Help with coordination, scheduling, and pre-call research for prospect calls.
• Work with sales tools like Reply.io, Zoho, Crunchbase, etc., and email verification platforms that the organization follows as part of the process.
• Work on the creation of campaign messaging and suggest improvements when needed. 
• Assist the team in analysing and exploring improvements to the sales process.
• Ensure all active leads and opportunities details are present in the CRM and update them regularly.
• Ensure relevant reports are generated on an ongoing basis and with high accuracy.
• Knowledge of B2B markets in North America, Canada, Europe, and APAC.
• Knowledge to use LinkedIn sales navigator and LinkedIn Premium to find B2B contacts.

Skills required

• Inside Sales experience within a technology industry is required.
• Strong business communication skills - verbal and written.
• Someone who is not afraid of putting in the work to make a difference.
• Should know CRM and Sales & Marketing automation software.
• Excellent knowledge of working MS Excel / Google Sheets and MS Word / Google Docs
• Working collaboratively in a team environment and should work independently.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships.
• Self-starter who can work in a highly demanding environment.
• Ability to multitask on projects and commitments.
• Must have a strong inner drive and self-discipline.

• Must be from good companies and have been working on high Scale of Traffic.
• Proficiency in engineering practices and writing high quality code, with expertise Go Langauge
• Experience building microservices.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and designing for performance
• Good knowledge of cloud technologies like AWS/Google Cloud/Azure Proficient with RDBMS

• Amazon & Flipkart, managing FBA inventories on affiliate platforms and reviews across platforms, managing the brand store on Amazon, maintaining price parity across platforms, coordinating with the in-house logistics teams & ensuring the stock availability in Amazon & Flipkart warehouses to avoid sale loss due to stockouts.                                                                                           

Requirement                     

• Should have exposure of working on D2C (Direct to Consumer)/B2C (Business to Consumer) brands E-commerce websites                                                                   

Skills required    

• prior experience of setting up analytics function from end to end would be desirable, skilled in SQL & data visualization,6+ years of experience in analytics function is desirable,
• Excellent communication skills,
• Calm under pressure; you have a sense of urgency but channel it into productively working through any issues                                                

• Key Responsibilities : Use cases to support use case analysis E2E, define capabilities, understand the data and model Machine Learning Operations MLOps Azure Machine Learning, Azure Cognitive Services, Azure DevOps, Overall Azure Cloud Experience, Powershell, DSVM, AML Compute / Training Clusters Azure Infrastructure Experience, Python, Big Data Python Scripting 8 Automate ML models deployments,  Manage, monitor, troubleshoot machine learning infrastructure and Setup ML Pipe lines
• Technical Experience : Proven skills experience in Azure AI ML solution design and architecture based solution using Azure Cloud capabilities AML / AKS Proven record of embedding advanced analytical models into business processes Collaborate in multi-functional teams to evaluate business activities, and then develop innovative and effective approaches to tackle teams analytics problems and communicate results bitbucket, Nodejs, PowerBI SQL, Python
• Experience in setting up MLOps framework for AI ML team

Key Responsibilities 

• Build and create Credflow Product - Do development on our tech Stack 
• Understand requirements from the product manager and sometimes talk to customers to understand the exact requirement and develop insights. 
• Maintain the product and optimize over time for performance
• Identify needs of the stakeholders and work with technology and management team to build future timeline of products and features
• Be the go-to person for all technology related requirements, queries, discussion etc
• Develop a complete analytics framework as the product evolves.

Qualifications and skills

• Undergraduate/Graduate degree from an engineering college
• Has full stack proficiency, managing large amounts of data and prior exposure to backend, web frontend, mobile apps etc. 
• Full Stack Proficiency on Node.JS, React.JS
• SQL
• In memory data stores like Redis
• Experience in AWS (preferable)
