Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance modules and APIs

• Architect robust solutions utilizing PHP (Yii framework), Vue.js, CSS, HTML, and JavaScript

• Demonstrate advanced expertise in SQL development and optimization across PostgreSQL and

AWS Aurora environments

• Execute comprehensive query optimization and database performance tuning initiatives

• Design and implement efficient data access patterns and database architectures

• Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and development methodologies

• Drive technical decision-making for feature development, system enhancements, and

infrastructure improvements

• Conduct comprehensive code reviews and ensure delivery of production-ready solutions

Team Management & Mentoring

• Lead and mentor a team of 5-10 fullstack developers

• Foster a collaborative, high-performance development culture

• Provide technical guidance and professional development opportunities for team members

• Facilitate knowledge sharing and cross-training initiatives

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, and DevOps

Product Development

• Drive core product development from conception to deployment

• Manage critical issue resolution and system maintenance

• Build reusable code libraries and establish development frameworks

• Ensure optimal application performance, security, and scalability

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Lead Software Engineer

Process & Quality Assurance

• Implement and optimize Agile development methodologies

• Drive technical project planning and delivery timelines

• Ensure comprehensive documentation and knowledge management

• Monitor system performance and implement proactive improvements

Required Qualifications

Experience & Background

• 12+ years of overall software development experience

• 8-10+ years of hands-on experience with PHP, preferably using Yii framework or similar MVC

frameworks

• 3+ years of technical leadership or team lead experience

• Proven track record in fullstack development with significant contributions to web and backend

systems

Technical Expertise

• Expert-level proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), PHP, and JavaScript

• Advanced experience with Vue.js (Vue 2/3, Vuex, Vue Router) and modern frontend

development practices

• Deep understanding of SQL and database design principles

• Production experience with PostgreSQL and complex database operations

• Proficient in version control systems (Git/GitHub) and collaborative development workflows

Leadership & Soft Skills

• Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and drive project deliveries

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

I. Key Responsibilities:

A. Frontend Development:

1. Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using React.js and other frontend technologies.

II. Skills and Qualifications:

A. Frontend Technologies:

1. Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript ES6, React.js, and Bootstrap.

2. Familiarity with state management libraries (e.g., Redux) and frontend development tools (Babel, Webpack, NPM).

B. Backend Technologies:

1. Proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, Django, Flask, or other backend frameworks.

2. Experience with databases and ORM frameworks (SQL, NoSQL, Sequelize, SQLAlchemy, etc.).

C. Development Practices:

1. Solid understanding of the full web development life cycle and RESTful API design.

2. Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, etc.) and version control systems (GitLab, GitHub).

3. Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Strider) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

D. General Skills:

• Total experience should be 10 yrs with minimum experience as full stack developer 5 plus years

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Product Development Engineer is responsible for front end development of modules of enliven CEM. 

The engineer is responsible for end to end delivery of specific components in the module and integrate them with existing modules 

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Working with technical architects, able to convert the architecture into design and code in Java (Spring Boot), AngularJS, and NodeJS. 

• Able to generate LLD documents. 

• Ability to write Quality code with minimum defects. 

• Unit Test and following the coding standards. 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS: 

• 5+ years strong programming and logical skills in Java (Spring Boot), AngularJS, Object Oriented Java script, NodeJS and HTML5 

• Hands on Experience on Java (Spring Boot), and MySQL is mandatory. Must have completed at least 2 full projects using Spring boot and AngularJS.

• Excellent knowledge and experience in Spring JPA, RESTful web services implementation.

• NodeJS experience is value add 

• Should have participated in, and be familiar with, Agile (Scrum) project methodology and practices.

• Must be able to mentor and guide junior technical resources. 

• One who is proactive and comes forward with technology related initiatives. Motivated selfstarter. 

• Good Communication skills. English - Oral and Written.
