The Role

We are looking for a scrappy, high-agency Full-Stack Engineer with 2 to 5 years of experience to join our core team. This isn't a role where you’ll be a small cog in a giant machine. You will report directly to the CEO, working alongside leaders who have scaled products for billions of users. You will be expected to wear multiple hats, moving seamlessly between architecting backend services and crafting fluid frontend experiences.

Technical Requirements

• Experience: 2–3 years of professional software development experience.
• The Stack: Deep proficiency in JavaScript, React, and Svelte.
• Full-Stack Mindset: Strong foundational knowledge of backend architecture and the ability to own a feature from database schema to UI deployment.
• Versatility: You are comfortable jumping into unfamiliar territory, whether it's optimizing video rendering pipelines or refining a checkout flow.

The Ideal Candidate

You are a "Product Engineer" at heart. You don't just want a ticket assigned to you; you want to understand the "why" behind the feature. You are based in Maharashtra and are ready to put in the hours to build something that defines a category.

We are seeking a disciplined, serious, and highly skilled Lead JavaScript Engineer with hands-on experience in SvelteKit and Generative AI (RAG & MCP).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a small team of 5 Software Developers.
• Architect, develop, and maintain web and native applications.
• Integrate Generative AI solutions (RAG & MCP).
• Manage authentication, security, and DevOps pipelines.
• Enforce disciplined coding practices, processes, and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to implement scalable solutions.

Requirements:

• Strong expertise in JavaScript / TypeScript mainly with JS Framework of SvelteKit is must.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI (RAG & MCP).
• Experience leading small teams.
• Deep understanding of web app architecture, security, and DevOps.
• Knowledge of native app frameworks is a plus.
• Disciplined, self-driven, and result-oriented mindset.
• Local candidates preferred.

We are seeking for website designer & developer to build new web pages and improve our company websites. The right person for this role will be proficient in WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP. You will be responsible for building and deploying new front-end features to our WordPress website, handling the integration of plugins such as WooCommerce, and performing routine maintenance of our site.

Web Developer Responsibilities

1. To handle the full development cycle.

2. To be responsible for timely releases of the projects.

3. To have knowledge of server AWS.

4. Knowledge of W3C standards and best practices.

5. Experience in working on Linux (Installing and configuring packages like apache, Nginx, virtual hosts, etc)

6. Ability to translate business requirements into system design and perform as per the needs

About You:

Should build interactive consumer data from multiple systems and restfully abstract to the UI through a Node.js backend.

• Should define code architecture decisions to support a high-performance and scalable product with a minimal footprint
• Should address and improve any technical issues
• Should be good in communication skills and teamwork ability to work between different levels of developers.
• Should be able to work/handle projects single handed by own
• Should perform unit/per testing for creating a bug free solution.

You should possess:

• Experience of Node JS, Express JS, Mongo DB, Angular 2+.
• Knowledge of GIT, Jenkins tools or similar.
• Knowledge working with AWS (S3, EMR, EC2, RDS).
• Experience of Agile development and methodology.

Good to have:

•  Project management and deployment skills.
• Knowledge of Dockers and Kubernetes.
