Job responsibilities:

-The right individual should have a combination of sharp analytical decision making, sound business judgment, robust result-driven execution, and creative iterative business building.

- Understanding the needs of the business, its strategic direction, and identifying initiatives that will allow a business to meet those strategic goals

- Use analytical skills to date rmine which verticals and markets work and insight to build on that experience

- Identify marketing opportunities within the category, analyze the business to understand trends, shifts, spikes/dips, etc.

- Team management, defining responsibilities of the business development team, and conducting weekly reviews in terms of measurability and metrics.

- Represent Marketplace business for the category at review meetings

Job Requirements:

- Graduation degree is a must
- Must have start-up Experience

- 1-3 years of experience in a high-growth operations-based startup, FMCG, or other consumer companies, or consulting.
- Prior experience in operations or category management is a bonus
- High sense of ownership and a penchant for excellence
