UI/UX Designer

Roles & Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for the implementation and support for Safetrax tool for large corporates and fleet partners 
• Act as single point contact for all client queries. 
• Serve as a primary point-of-contact for Client satisfaction and act as the liaison between the clients, sales and other functional groups. 
• Managing the entire show of Account Management and supporting clients.
• Owning the long term as well as the short-term growth strategy of the account(s).
• Participate in internal planning activities to develop schedules and align resources for projects and support activities. 
• Showcasing a consulting mindset by acting as a solution provider rather than an order taker. 
• Find opportunities to bring in automation/orchestration in order to enhance client service experience. 
• Respond to queries from potential and existing customers, communicate Safetrax's value proposition and negotiate deals successfully. 
• Understand client needs and address within defined TAT 

Knowledge & Experience: 

• Bachelor's degree and demonstrated prior Account/Service Management experience.
• Information Technology experience 
• Strong written and oral communication skills. 
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint ) 
• Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and processes and an understanding of how to apply these in a customer facing environment 
• Understand technical risks and supportability parameters 
• Strong decision-making skills. 
• The ability to analyse, think innovatively, adapt and drive new best practices.
• The ability to farm the account through relationship management.

Expectation:

1.  Responsible for creating technical documentation for a data migration plan and a data management plan Experience in handling client requirements, capturing and demonstrating solutions to customer and effectively suggest design/architecture changes.

2.     Ability to work self-sufficiently on assigned time-sensitive tasks

a.     Ability to directly communicate with the client on requirements, regular discussions, follow-ups and US counterparts

b.     Individual responsibility to execute the assigned tasks, for e.g. data extractions, manipulation, query writing and knowledge of Cerner database etc.

3.     Develop and maintain good relationship with peers and client, provide timely feedback to encourage success.

4.     Strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills both in written and verbal correspondence.

5.     Ability to learn and adapt to changing landscape and acquire new skills with technology advancement and to work, coordinate with global teams.

Qualifications:

Mandatory Qualifications:

1.     Bachelor's degree or equivalent HIT (Healthcare Information Technology) Cerner EHR or EHR platform equivalent work experience

2.     Must have experience in CCL (Cerner Command Language), Reporting, CCL Scripts, Discern Explorer, Discern Visual Developer, Extracts, Ops Job, Olympus.

3.     Programming experience in SQL

4.     Must understand Cerner Millennium Data Model.

5.     Must have experience in Cerner Implementation / Upgrade / Ongoing Support & Maintenance projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

1.     Discern Dev, DA2(Discern Analytics), custom components/Mpage custom components, Power Insight (PI)

2.     Experience in Data Engineering (Extract Transform Load)

3.     Client requirement gathering, analysis and documentation.

4.     Experience in data modeling, data governance, and or data architecture

5.     Basic knowledge of US Healthcare

6.     Experience with business analytics tools like Qlik View, Tableau, Power BI.

• Experience designing and building web environments on AWS, which includes working with services like EC2, ELB, RDS, and S3
• Experience building and maintaining cloud-native applications
• A solid background in Linux/Unix and Windows server system administration

• Knowledge of one or more of the most-used programming languages available for today’s cloud computing (i.e., SQL data, XML data, R math, Clojure math, Haskell functional, Erlang functional, Python procedural, and Go procedural languages)
• Experience in troubleshooting distributed systems

As a special aside, an AWS engineer who works in DevOps should also have experience with:

• The theory, concepts, and real-world application of Continuous Delivery (CD), which requires familiarity with tools like AWS CodeBuild, AWS CodeDeploy, and AWS CodePipeline
• An understanding of automation

1. Should know basics like Structure, data types, unions, enum , pointers , type casting etc
2. Should know data structures mandatory like linked list (basic expectation)
3. This position is for Linux platform, so we expect people to have hands on experience on Linux (Mutex, semaphone, threading/multithreading IPC etc)
4. We expect candidate to write code given a problem statement (if not proper code at least pseudo code )

• Looking only for immediate to 15 days candidate.
• Looking for an experienced Integration specialist with a good expertise in ETL Informatica and a strong Application integration background
• Minimum of 3+ years relevant experience in Informatica MDM required. Powercenter is a core skill set.
• Having experience in a broader Informatica toolset is strongly preferred
• Should prove a very strong implementation experience in Application integration, should demonstrate expertise/presentation with multiple use cases
• Passionate coders with a strong Application development background, years of experience could range from 5+ to 15+
• Should have application development experience outside of ETL, (just learning ETL as a tool is not enough), experience in writing application outside of ETL will bring in more value
• Strong database skills with a strong understanding of data, data quality, data governance, understanding and developing standalone and integrated database layers (sql, packages, functions, performance tuning ), i.e. Expert with a strong integration background who has more application integration background than just an ETL Informatica tool
• Experience in integration with XML/JSON based and heavily involve JMS MQ (read/write)
• Experience in SOAP and REST based API's exchanging both XML and JSON files used for request and response
• Experience with Salesforce.com Integration using Informatica power exchange module is a plus but not needed
• Experience with Informatica MDM as a technology stack that is used for integration of senior market members with Salesforce.com is a plus but not needed,
• Very strong scripting background (C/bourne shell/Perl/Java)
• Should be able to understand JAVA, we do have development around JAVA, i.e ability to work around a solution in programming language like Java when implementation is not possible through ETL
• Ability to communicate effectively via multiple channels (verbal, written, etc.) with technical and non-technical staff.
