Key Responsibilities

 Own the end-to-end SMB sales cycle (prospecting to close) for U.S.-based customers

 Handle inbound and outbound leads, including cold outreach

 Conduct product demos, discovery calls, and negotiations

 Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline and accurate forecasts

 Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas

 Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity tracking

Required Qualifications

 3–8 years of experience as an Account Executive in B2B SaaS

 Strong experience selling to SMB customers (not enterprise-only profiles)

 Direct exposure to selling in the U.S. market

 Proven track record of quota achievement

 Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills

 Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot

 Strong understanding of U.S. buyer behavior and SMB needs

Preferred Qualifications

 Experience in fast-paced SaaS startups or growth-stage companies

Job Purpose and Impact:

The Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Engineering Supervisor will lead a small engineering team across technology and business capabilities to build and enhance modern business applications for ERP systems in the company. In this role, you will guide team in product development, architecture and technology adherence to ensure delivered solutions are secure and scalable. You will also lead team development and cross team relationships and delivery to advance the company's engineering delivery.

Key Accountabilities:

• Lead a team of engineering professionals that design, develop, deploy and enhance the new and existing software solutions.
• Provide direction to the team to build highly scalable and resilient software products and platforms to support business needs.
• Provide input and guidance to the delivery team across technology and business capabilities to accomplish team deliverables.
• Provide support to software engineers dedicated to products in other portfolios within ERP teams.
• Partner with the engineering community to coach engineers, share relevant technical approaches, identify new trends, modern skills and present code methodologies.

Qualifications:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of four years of related work experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Confirmed hands on technical experience with technologies including cloud, software development and continuous integration and continuous delivery
• 2 years of supervisory experience
• Experience leading engineers in the area of ERP basis, Code Development (ABAP, HTML 5, Python, Java, etc..), or Design Thinking.

1. Develop, maintain, and enhance robust backend systems using Python3 and frameworks like Django (mandatory), Flask, and FastAPI (good to have).
2. Design, implement, and maintain highly efficient and automated continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes using Jenkins and configuration management with Ansible.
3. Elevate our testing culture by architecting and implementing innovative testing strategies, focusing on both unit and integration testing to ensure exceptional code quality and extensive coverage.
4. Follow peer-to-peer code reviews and cross-team collaboration to build scalable and reliable solutions.
5. Proficiently work with at least one cloud technology, preferably AWS, to deploy and manage applications in the cloud environment.
6. Possess knowledge of Nginx, load balancing, and scalability to optimize system performance and reliability.
7. Good experience working in distributed micro-service architecture and driving them with crucial requirements like request tracing, debugging critical issues, logging, monitoring, and alerting. 
8. Work in containerized environments using Docker and Docker Compose, and have experience with AWS ECS for container orchestration.
9. Prioritize maintainability and reliability in developing and maintaining software systems, pushing the boundaries of what's possible in our product ecosystem.
10. Collaborate effectively within a team, taking initiatives and driving projects forward with minimal micro-management.
11. Pave the way for maintainable and reliable codebases by introducing novel approaches and best practices in software development.
