Summary/Objective:

We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Admin to join our team. The HR Admin will primarily handle administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, efficient, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities/Duties:

Admin Tasks:

·        Manage office supplies and inventory, placing orders when necessary.

·        Coordinate maintenance of office equipment and facilities.

·        Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.

·        Serve as the point of contact for office-related inquiries and issues.

·        Schedule and coordinate meetings with the director, prepare agendas, meeting minutes.

·        Maintain relationships with vendors and handle vendor-related issues.

·        Make follow-up calls as needed to vendors, clients, and other stakeholders.

·        Supervise and manage housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and maintenance of office premises.

·        Schedule and assign tasks to housekeeping staff.

·        Conduct regular inspections to ensure standards are met and address any issues promptly.

·        Occasionally visit the market to procure required supplies.

·        Visit Aunitji's house when required for specific tasks or responsibilities.

HR related Tasks:

·        Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

·        Monitoring team’s daily /weekly/ monthly work record and up to date attendance register on daily basis.

·        Maintain each employee’s personal folder for records.

·        Check daily basis inbound and outbound register.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional web development experience, with 3+ years focused on Shopify.
• Strong proficiency in Liquid templating language and Shopify’s theme architecture.
• Experience with Shopify APIs (REST & GraphQL) and building private or public apps.
• Strong frontend development skills: HTML5, CSS3 (SCSS), JavaScript (ES6+), and React or Vue.js.
• Deep understanding of Shopify's checkout process, cart mechanics, and store configuration.
• Experience working with Shopify Plus features like checkout.liquid, multi-store setup, and scripts.
• Solid understanding of web performance, accessibility, and SEO best practices.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development workflows.
• Ability to work independently and lead projects from concept to completion.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Headless Shopify implementations using Hydrogen or Next.js.
• Familiarity with Shopify Functions, custom checkout extensibility, and Shopify’s new App Bridge.
• Prior experience working with international stores, multiple currencies, and languages.
• Understanding of backend systems (Node.js, PHP, or Ruby) for custom app integrations.
• Contributions to the Shopify developer community or open-source projects.

Job Description:

• Design and Build sophisticated and highly scalable products using Flutter.
• Translate and build designs and wireframes into high-quality responsive UI code.
• Proficiency in the use of Model-View-Controller (MVC) and Model-View-View Model-Controller (MVVM) which relates to designing and developing architecture.
• Learn and explore feasible architecture options for implementing new features.
• Suggest space and time-efficient Data Structures.
• Follow best practices while maintaining structure and comprehensive documentation to ensure context across teams.
• Use CI/CD for smooth deployment.
• Document the project and code efficiently.
• Communicate with the Project Manager regarding the status of projects and suggest appropriate deadlines for new functionalities.
• Ensure security guidelines are always followed while developing the app.
• Maintaining software through product lifecycle including design, development, verification, and bug fixes.
• Perform time profiling and memory leaks assessment.
• Help with building the company's tech team and iterating on the hiring framework; Create peer learnings for team members and build context for new team members.
• Provide regular feedback to your team (peers and managers) to ensure continuous improvement.

Skills & Requirements

• Must have experience working with Flutter SDK and Dart programming language.
• Strong knowledge of Flutter widgets like Cupertino for iOS and Material Components for Android.
• Knowledge of building flutter modules and flutter plug-ins.
• Knowledge of native Android and iOS: To build custom Flutter Packages.
• Firebase: Should have experience with Cloud Firestore, Push Notifications, Cloud Functions, and Analytics.
• Git: To manage and collaborate in different projects with the rest of the team.
• Know how to publish apps to Playstore and Appstore

• Experience in the fintech industry

Call Reception and Ticket Logging: Responsible for:

• Ensuring calls are answered professionally
• Ensuring that the relevant information is collected from a customer
• Ensuring that the correct level of priority is agreed with the customer
• Ensuring that the ticket is assigned to the correct engineer
• Ensuring that the engineer is aware that there is a new ticket assigned to their queue
  
  SLA Management: Responsible for:
• Ensuring that appropriate attention is paid to P1s
• TPMs engaged immediately for engineer dispatch to the site where applicable
• The customer is forwarded to an engineer for a possible remote fix
• Ensuring that all tickets are managed in line with SLAs
  
  Jeopardy Management: Responsible for:
• Ensuring that the ticket is managed in line with Company’s jeopardy management process
  
  Escalation Management: Responsible for:
• Ensuring that the ticket is escalated appropriately in line with Company’s escalation process
• Provide 1st line escalation to customers and channels (referring to Jeopardy and Escalation Manager)
• Provide 1st line escalation into TPM (referring to Jeopardy and Escalation Manager)
• Responsible for advising Service Centre Manager of any missing information in the knowledge database
  
  Communication Responsible for:
• Customer Communication
• Ensuring that the customer is updated regularly throughout the duration of the ticket
• Ensuring the quality of ticket input is of a high standard
• Ensuring that key internal contacts are advised of any issues
• Responsible for reading, understanding, and complying with Company’s Information Security policies.

FORMAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING

• Educated to an A-level minimum, with higher education qualification (degree or equivalent preferred). Alternatively, relevant and proven Industry experience would be accepted
• Industry or relevant business qualifications and accreditations would be desirable
• Proficiency involved in working in the service industry, with particular emphasis placed on customer focus issues.
• Ability to form close working relationships with the customer community, sub-contractors
• Excellent client-facing communications skills
• A Self-motivated team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• An outgoing individual willing to participate as part of a small and flexible team
• in European languages would be an advantage

Provides technical expertise and guidance in the identification, preservation, collection and analysis of digital evidence in various digital formats from computers, servers, mobile devices, and other electronic or online storage media.

The Role

Based in Jaipur or Pune, you will be working in a collaborative team on cutting edge technologies in a supportive and dynamic environment. Ultimately you are responsible for building the CODI and on-boarding new clients - this involves:

• Developing a good understanding of the solutions which Peak delivers, and how these link to Peak’s overall strategy.
• Making suggestions towards shaping the strategy for a feature and engineering design.
• Managing own workload and usually delivering unsupervised. Accountable for their own workstream or the work of a small team.  
• Understanding Engineering priorities and is able to focus on these, helping others to remain focussed too
• Acting as the Lead Engineer on a project. Helps ensure others follow Peak processes, such as release and version control.
• An active member of the team, through useful contributions to projects and in team meetings.
• Supervising others. Deputising for a Lead and/or support them with tasks. Mentoring new joiners/interns and Masters students. Sharing knowledge and learnings with the team.

Required Skills and Experience

We are building a team of world class engineers in Jaipur, essentially we are looking for bright, talented engineers looking to work at the cutting edge of practical AI.

• Acquired strong proven professional Front End Development experience.
• Proven track record and experience working on Javascript and front end frameworks like React (preferred) and Angular
• Knowledge and experience working with Node.js, Go or any other back end programming language is a plus .
• Experience of turning UI/UX designs to applications and keen interest in the UI/UX side of an application. 
• Able to build prototypes quickly and work with the product teams to test a concept. 
• Demonstrable experience in building front end or UI/UX development practices in previous jobs. 
• Building and implementing a product on cloud based infrastructure.
• Good understanding of Microservice Architecture, Cloud Technologies, CI/CD and Serverless.
• Ability to document requirements and specifications.
• A naturally inquisitive and problem-solving mindset.
• Strong experience in using Agile Methodologies such as Kanban or Scrum to build quality software.
• Good communication skills.
