Role Overview

As a Software Development Engineer III (Backend), you will operate as a senior

individual contributor owning mission-critical backend systems. You will design

scalable architectures, solve complex distributed systems problems, and influence

engineering standards across teams.

Roles & Responsibilities

 Own backend systems end-to-end, from design and implementation to

production reliability and long-term evolution.



Design scalable, fault-tolerant, and low-latency backend architectures for real

time and event-driven use cases.



Lead system design decisions including data models, service boundaries, async

workflows, and scalability strategies.



Build and operate high-throughput services handling millions of events, requests,

or messages per day.

 Own reliability metrics such as p95/p99 latency, uptime, error budgets, and

participate in incident resolution and post-mortems.

Drive architectural migrations including monolith to microservices and

synchronous to asynchronous flows.

 Collaborate with product, frontend, and data teams to translate complex

requirements into robust backend solutions.



Improve developer productivity by contributing to internal platforms, tooling,

CI/CD pipelines, and coding standards.



Mentor engineers through design reviews, code reviews, and technical guidance

without direct people management.



Proactively identify performance bottlenecks, cost inefficiencies, and scalability

risks and resolve them at the system level.

Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and analytical Salesforce Administrator to own our Salesforce CRM and ensure it works seamlessly with our financial systems. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day configuration, maintain high-quality data, automate accounting-related workflows (like quote-to-cash), and act as a bridge between the Sales and Finance departments. 

Key Responsibilities

• Salesforce Administration & Accounting Integration:
• Oversee daily operations of the Salesforce org, including managing users, profiles, roles, and security.
• Maintain and optimize integrations between Salesforce and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, Certinia) to ensure seamless data flow.
• Automate the quote-to-cash process, from opportunity closing to invoice generation.
• Data Integrity & Reporting:
• Ensure data accuracy between Sales and Finance, performing regular data audits to detect and resolve discrepancies.
• Create advanced custom reports and dashboards for financial forecasting, revenue recognition, and sales performance.
• Manage custom objects, fields, and validation rules related to financial tracking.
• Process Improvement & Automation:
• Develop and maintain complex Flows to automate financial approvals, contract management, and billing triggers.
• Collaborate with the finance team to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• User Support & Training:
• Provide support for technical issues, acting as the point of contact for all internal user Salesforce requests, specifically regarding finance-related queries.
• Train team members on using Salesforce for accurate data entry. 

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Certifications: Certified Salesforce Administrator (required); Certified Advanced Administrator or CPQ Specialist (preferred).
• Experience: 2–4 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, preferably with exposure to accounting or financial services, or a strong background in financial/accounting systems.
• Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of Salesforce configuration, including Data Loader, Flow Builder, and Validation Rules.
• Accounting Understanding: Understanding of basic accounting principles (accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, revenue recognition) is a strong plus.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users.

CLIRNET is now building a product in the video streaming OTT space for knowledge delivery. This position will have a role in ideating, researching and giving shape to this video streaming OTT platform.

Objectives of this Role :

- Drive the product planning process across cross-functional teams of the company

- Analyze product requirements and develop appropriate programs to ensure they're successful achieved

- Develop, implement, and maintain product timelines across multiple departments

- Appraise new product ideas and strategize appropriate to-market plans

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities :

- Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch

- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams

- Manage the product development process from conception through design, build, release, analysis, and iteration

- Be a critical voice of the user within CLIRNET.

- Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI

- Analyze market data to develop marketing strategies, and define product objectives for effective marketing communications plans

- Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams on the development, QA, and release of products and balance of resources to ensure success for the entire organization

Skills and Qualifications :

- 2-4 years of experience in product in a B2C consumer internet company with a background in technical product management or web engineering.

- Strong quantitative capabilities, and experience using analytics platforms to understand product usability.

- Familiarity with APIs, documentation, web system architecture

- An understanding of what makes for good user experience and beautiful design.

> Should have 1-2 years of working knowledge experience on Android SDK, XML Parsing, Push Notifications and different Versions of Android to deal with different Screen Size and their compatibilities;

> Working Knowledge on third party libraries such as Google Maps and Barcode Scanners;

> Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services;

> Development and maintenance of applications aimed at a vast number of diverse Android devices;

> Should be able to create user interface and UX on Android and implement designs as per  the requirements;

> Able to work with the remote data via REST and Json;

> Working knowledge of kotlin & basic knowledge about design architecture

> Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies;
