Key Responsibilities


- Working closely with the Credit, Business, and Compliance team to manage and mitigate risk exposure.


- Monitoring of loan accounts, checking loan documents & timely preparing various MIS reports.


- Streamline operational processes to enhance efficiency.


- Ensure completeness of documentation in accordance with approved terms and conditions.


- Develop Risk and Operational strategy for line management, collections, underwriting, pricing etc.


- Assist COO and Credit team with operational and financial data analysis to establish early warning signals for risk exposure across lending products.


- Complying with RBI/Regulatory guidelines and establishing processes to safeguard risk exposure


Minimum Requirements


- Proven experience of minimum 5 years in progressively responsible risk and/or operations roles within the NBFC sector


- Has experience with scaling and managing lending products


- Attitude to work at lightning fast speed


- Background of underwriting, credit sanctioning, or credit policy drafting would be given a strong preference


- The candidate must be exceptional in people management, communication, and presentation skills.

- Oversee Cash flow planning and ensure optimal liquidity and Asset-Liability Management.


- Develop comprehensive treasury strategies aligned with the company’s financial goals, risk and regulatory requirements.


- Execute fundraising opportunities including debt and other financing options.


- Liaising with auditors for the quarterly and annual audit, bankers and statutory auditors


- Ensuring the requirements for the board presentation are delivered.

Well versed with Ind-AS financial preparation and finalization.


Candidates in a Compliance Manager role at NBFC / Banks having experience in handling regulatory compliance, RBI audits, etc. would be preferred.

  • Experience of filing quarterly, half-yearly and annual compliances as per SEBI Listing Regulations and SAST Regulations
  • Timely compliance of all the applicable provisions of SEBI Regulations, Companies Act, 2013, RBI Master Directions, Notifications, Circulars and Secretarial Standards
  • Convening Annual General Meeting (AGM) including preparing the Annual Report, Notice, Directors’ Report, and all other compliances related to the AGM
  • Preparation of Notice, Agenda, Resolutions, Minutes for the Board Meeting, and other Committee Meetings.
  • Preparation of all the ROC Forms including the Annual Filing forms as per the Companies Act, 2013
  • Filing of quarterly and annual forms/ returns with RBI.
  • Maintenance of various Statutory Registers
  • Liaising with various statutory authorities such as SEBI, BSE, NSDL/CDSL, RBI, etc.
  • Keeping up to date with any regulatory or statutory changes and policies that might affect the organization
