Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented QA Analyst who will also handle customer support responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:
🔍 Quality Assurance (QA):
- Review and analyze product specifications and user requirements
- Design, execute, and maintain test cases for web and mobile applications
- Log and track bugs; work with the development team to ensure timely fixes
- Conduct regression, functional, and usability testing
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes
💬 Customer Support:
- Provide timely and professional support to users via email, chat, or calls

- Help onboard new customers by guiding them through key features
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in QA or tech support roles
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and bug tracking systems
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to troubleshoot customer issues and document clearly
- Proficient in using support and QA tools (JIRA, TestRail, Zendesk, etc.)
