Key Responsibilities

Design and implement automated test scripts using Selenium or Playwright

Identify, document, and track bugs throughout the testing lifecycle

Collaborate with developers and product managers to resolve issues

Participate in sprint planning and review meetings

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of hands-on software testing experience

Strong manual testing skills with attention to detail

Experience with test automation frameworks (Selenium or Playwright)

Familiarity with AI-based testing tools and approaches

Understanding of e-commerce platforms and their testing requirements

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Review Criteria

1. Must have 8–10 years of QA experience in B2B SaaS.

2. Must have 3–5 years of experience as a QA Lead or QA Manager (leading and managing a QA team).

3. Must have strong hands-on manual testing experience (UI/UX + API testing).

4. Must be able to set up QA processes from scratch for SaaS products.

5. Must be proficient in test planning, writing test cases, and managing full QA cycles.

6. Must have strong knowledge of regression, smoke, and sanity testing.

7. Must have experience using ClickUp, JIRA, or similar tools for test case and bug management.

Profile Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and hands-on QA Team Lead to manage our Quality Assurance team and help improve the overall product quality. This role includes both leadership and practical testing responsibilities. The ideal candidate should be able to set up strong QA processes from scratch, guide the QA team, and ensure smooth and successful product releases. Experience in B2B SaaS, especially in the hospitality industry, will be a plus.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1) Quality Strategy & Process Setup

• Create and follow the best QA practices for our hospitality SaaS products.
• Set up manual and automation testing systems from the ground up.
• Manage the full QA process — from understanding requirements to testing and final sign-off before release.

2) Team Leadership & Management

• Lead and support the QA team members in their day-to-day work.
• Organize training to help the team improve their skills.
• Manage team workload and assign tasks effectively across different projects.

3) Testing & Execution

• Read product and technical documents to plan testing.
• Write detailed test plans, test cases, and checklists.
• Manage all testing stages including regression, smoke, and sanity tests.
• Verify fixes and issues after updates go live.

4) Tool & Workflow Management (ClickUp)

• Use ClickUp or similar tools to manage test cases, bugs, and team tasks.
• Define rules for bug severity and manage the bug tracking process.

5) Automation (Optional but Preferred)

• Automate repetitive tests like regression or smoke tests.
• Use tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright if possible.

6) Cross-Team Collaboration

• Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Support teams.
• Be the final checkpoint for product quality before release.

7) Reporting & Metrics

• Track QA performance — number of bugs, test coverage, and more.
• Share regular updates and reports with leadership.

Key Skills Needed:

• Experience leading QA teams and setting up QA processes.
• Strong knowledge of SaaS products and manual testing.
• Some experience with test automation tools is preferred.
• Comfortable using tools like ClickUp, JIRA, or similar.
• Good at problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Profile Summary:

Performance engineers should be proficient in any of the programming languages. One should not only a programmer but one who can do testing. Performance Engineer must then run those tests, analyse the results, and provide appropriate solutions to help enhance system performance, reliability, and scalability. They are also often required to work with engineers and developers to perform bug fixes. 

Skills Required:

1. A performance engineer must be familiar with either one of the C, C++, C# or .Net, Java, Python (programming languages). Strong knowledge on any one of the programming languages is must.

2. Strong Software Development Skills

   Tools: Apache JMeter, MS VSTS, Shell, Jenkins, Dynatrace, Datadog, Splunk

We are currently looking for a Senior QA Engineer to join our fast-growing QA team. With our Product Engineering team rapidly iterating and deploying new code, our Test Engineers drive the crucial effort of designing automated test suites that are reliable and maintainable. This team is tasked with ensuring the automated testing of existing code and developing thorough test approaches for new features and products. 

This role reports directly to our Director of QA, and will be based in Chennai, India. If you are someone who is motivated by solving problems and improving efficiencies

What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years of experience with testing, test automation and development
• Strong experience in designing and reviewing test plans and test cases.
• Solid experience in both manual and automated testing for REST web service APIs and/or web applications.
• Working experience in automation frameworks, like testNG, Selenium or Cypress.
• Strong coding skills in programming languages like Java, Scala or Javascript
• Experience working in an agile development environment.
• Capable of comprehending and contributing to high level requirements and designs.
• Good understanding of Linux / Unix platform.
• Nice to have: Prior experience with Amazon Web Service (AWS).

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Work closely with the rest of the Engineering team to deliver high quality products in an agile development environment.
• Participate in product design discussions and sprint planning meetings.
• Participate in full cycle SDLC: initial design, test implementation, identifying bugs, verifying bug fixes and production release.
• Design and write comprehensive test plans and test cases for releases.
• Perform manual and automated testing for REST web service APIs / web applications.
• Build and enhance automated test suites and test harnesses.
• Improve and maintain high coverage of regression automated tests.
• Improve and innovate the tooling to run tests reliably and efficiently.
• Test and verify requirements of newly implemented code by Engineering for Data Scientists. 
• Perform statistical analysis on project data for Data Science.

Mandatory Skill Requirements:

IT Project Coordinator with QA Testing Experience (2+ Year)

Prepare test cases based on the requirements. Co-ordinate with developers & Clients Apprise the QA Lead of the status on regular basis. Must be capable of paying attention to detail and adhering to project timelines

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the technical design and implementation of new products and enhancements. They will work in all phases of the development cycle: concept to implementation.
