Role Overview

We’re looking for a Product Intern who wants to dive deep into product analytics, growth experimentation, and user-centric problem solving.

You’ll work closely with the Lead Product Manager, APMs, engineering team, and the Founders, gaining hands-on experience in digging into user data, fixing and validating tracking, and helping ship fast experiments and product improvements.

This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, curious, and ready to dive into the operational, data, and execution work that drives B2C product growth.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in defining tracking plans and validating events across Mixpanel/GA4/Amplitude.

• Support analysis of user funnels to identify friction points, drop-offs, and opportunities.

• Help run MVP experiments, from hypothesis to analysis.

• Build and maintain dashboards for growth metrics and contribute insights that impact the final product.

• Work with design, engineering, ops, and growth teams to support feature execution.

• Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and create lightweight documentation/PRDs.

• Participate in cross-functional teams and support execution across product initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• Students from Tier-1 colleges (IIT, NIT, BITS, IIIT, top engineering/business schools preferred).

• Strong analytical mindset, good with numbers, Excel/Sheets; SQL exposure is a plus.

• Ability to clearly communicate ideas and back them with structured, data-backed insights.

• High ownership attitude, willing to pick up tasks and run independently.

• Curiosity, proactive learning, and a bias for action.

We're in urgent need of a good ReactJS developer For our client

having 3-5 years of experience in ReactJS.

Responsibilities

• Developing new user-facing features using React.js
• Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
• Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code
• Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers

Required skills:

• Hands on experience using Material-UI, developing custom components on top of in-build Mui components.
• Graphql(Apollo) experience is preferred
• We use React hooks everywhere so you should be well-versed with that.
• Experience developing using Storybook is preferred.
• • Experience working with TypeScript is MUST
  • Experience writing test cases using React testing library is a MUST

As an experienced UI/UX professional, what really excites you is designing to solve user needs - thoroughly understanding the problem and user pains and translating that into simple and elegant solutions.

In this role you will:

• Ensure User Empathy team-wide designing and evolving products and solutions
• Define and use a representative modern style for all product UI/UX.
• Create compelling solutions that move the company forward by delivering high user satisfaction
• Define goals aligned with product requirements, business needs, and customer Research and can set direction for design team based on these goals
• Create user flow diagrams outlining optimized “happy path”, secondary use cases and edge cases
• Create Detailed wireframes for user flows (from lo-fi to hi-fi as you progress through the process) and go through rounds of A/B testing
• Design mid to high-fidelity prototypes for testing
• Collaborate with the product managers and the developers in Agile development teams What You'll Need
• Curiosity and an inclination to solve complex user and design problems
• Experience on advanced technology applications
• Nice to have experience on MS Teams application design
• Experience working from conception to validation of major product features, leveraging a variety of UX methods to inform your approach Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in product design or a combination of education and experience in this field
• 3+ years working directly with design systems in both web and mobile system design
• 2+ years of Advanced knowledge on Figma/Adobe XD/Sketch/Azure RP/Illustrator/Photoshop
• Experience with modern UI standards (accessibility, responsive design, animation, performance)
• Excellent communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
• Experience working with GSuite/Jira/Confluence
• A portfolio of strong interaction design, design systems, and product design work

Job Description

We’re seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer (RoR + React JS) who can take on the ownership of the entire website development . Primary responsibilities would be:

1. You will be leading an entire team of developers for a start up.

2. Writing high-quality code, and designing/architecting systems of varying complexity and scope.

3. Ensure that functional requirements are correctly interpreted and translated into clear and robust code.

4. Collaborate and communicate with dev team members regarding -design status, project progress, and issue resolution.

5. Ensure that the new code is written and conforms to existing guidelines and quality practices.

6. To meet tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.

7. Work in a fast-paced environment and make pragmatic engineering decisions in a short amount of time.

Position: Associate Software Engineer

Profile : BE/MTech/BCA/MCA (2020 or 2021 Graduates with a minimum score of 50% or a CGPA Score of 6)

Location: Bangalore.

Must Have Skills:

• Knowledge of .NET Framework, ASP.NET and MVC 5
• Basic Knowledge of jQuery, JavaScript, Web Services & WCF
• Certification in Dotnet is a must and any other certification will be an added advantage.
