Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-house career counselling sessions for students and parents
• Travel to schools and colleges for regular orientation programs and counselling sessions
• Design and implement new strategies to strengthen the counselling ecosystem
• Collaborate closely with mentors and fellow career counsellors on platform activities
• Record demo videos and counselling modules for the Unigoal platform
• Assist in psychometric testing and interpretation
• Maintain proper session records and follow-up with mentees
• Represent Sygnific Careers in offline educational expos and webinars

Responsibilities

Requirements and skills

• Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar rolePortfolio of design projectsKnowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc and InVision)Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and PhotoshopTeam spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholdersGood time-management skillsBSc in Design, Computer Science or relevant field

  Overall 4+ years of experience

·  2 year development experience in NodeJs(v4 and above)

·  Knowledge in Unit testing frameworks like Mocha

·  Experience in working with any NodeJs web framework(Express or Hapi)

·  Development experience using any persistent store (NoSql or Relational)

Formal Deliverables

·  Design and development of new and enhance existing applications using Node.JS

·  Collaborate with internal and external team members to ensure projects get delivered as planned

·  Develop Backend services using HapiJs

·  Develop background workers based on cron or rabbitmq messages

·  Support existing and new features via bug fixes, prod support or monitoring scripts

·  Unit testing for all the developed modules

Understand the Business requirement and design,develop web application with Web API, C#, OOPS  and Entity Framework.

Secondary Skills

• Hands on experience of configuration management and version maintenance
• Full stack developers with experience in Developing products with Angular and C# APIs, from ground-up will be a plus.

• Should have experience in  developing and working on consumer facing web/app
• Proficient understanding of JavaScript libraries and frameworks ReactJS
• Proficient understanding of server side rendering through Next.js
• Proven skillsets in responsive Web UI development for enterprise application using technologies such as HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, Bootstrap, React JS Good understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms and Operating Systems
• Should have experience on HTML5/CSS3, Javascript ,Redux, APIs Integration
• 3-4 years of experience in building client side cross platforms javascript apps in Web & mobile.

We're looking for a QA Engineer to help with manual testing as well as introduce automation to our processes where possible. Candidates will need to be familiar with and able to write scripts, set up automation processes, and familiarise themselves with the products we build (web and mobile apps).

• The role will also require you to document test cases with an understanding of what the product does and how the end-user might approach it.
• Understand functional and non-functional testing requirements of web and mobile applications.
• Document functional testing scenarios and cases, for manual testing of API functionality using Postman and manual testing of User Interface elements (web, mobile, and mobile web)
• Identify or create data for testing
• Execute test cases and record status
• Log defects identified and track them through retesting and closure
• Debug using ADB commands and tools like Charles Proxy to primarily identify the root cause of failures.

Skill:

• Good understanding of mobile and web applications functionality
• Good understanding of how APIs work functionally
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing
• Non-functional testing of mobile applications including but not limited to battery analysis, GPU overdraw, responsiveness, etc.

• Write a significant amount of code for new and existing databases and related systems
• Scale and own these backend systems and databases
• Ship high-quality code and architecture
• Mentor engineers on the team, developing their skills and helping advance their careers

Requirements

• A passion for working on deeply technical projects and wanting to work on distributed systems, concurrency & parallelism, replication protocols, file systems & correctness
• You have been building applications for 5+ years with C/C++ or Rust and have significant backend, database, or systems-level programming experience
• You have a BS/MS/Ph.D. in a scientific field or equivalent experience
• You want to work in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment that respects its engineers and customers
• You are comfortable working with a 100% distributed engineering team, collaborating on GitHub, Slack, Zoom, etc. in the open and as a self-starter

Bonus points:

• Experience working on databases or other storage systems internals
• Experience with Apache Arrow, Apache Parquet
• Know how columnar databases work
• Know how to convert an algorithm to use SIMD instructions
• Good knowledge of Linux internals
• You’ve contributed to open-source libraries and actively participate in the development community (blogging, giving talks, meetups, tweeting, etc.)
